PPrasadThis hotel is spectacular!!! Not enough words can express how beautiful it is. Every staff member made you individually feel welcomed and genuinely looked after. Each person always had a smile and genuinely wanted to help. For example Gina and Alex in the breakfast restaurant Critique were extremely helpful and at your service. Rahul at reception was helpful and explained all the hotel facilities. The maintenance manager was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The lagoon area made you feel as if you were in Bali, Phuket etc. To say it is spectacular is an understatement. For my entire stay, each staff member made my birthday extremely special, memorable and second to none ever experienced before. Thank you all the staff at JW.

AAMTKThe location is very good, there is a tram station just down stairs.
Everything was hygienic and the Bathtub with a massage function can let us enjoy the bath and relax.
It was surprising with a clothes dryer so we washed clothes and dried them out.
The housekeeper did housekeeping every day without being asked.
We enjoyed the stay so much
Definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

GGuest UserThere was a large parking lot to park cars. The check-in was smooth and quick. Our room was located on 3rd floor and there was no lift...The room was spacious and clean and was facing golf course with a pond. We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was good and the price was reasonable. It was raining on the next day and as there was no shelter from the room to the reception, we were a bit wet when walking to the reception for check-out. Overall, good!

MMermaid-1971The room was well-proportioned and thoughtfully laid out. We were assigned a high floor, which provided direct sea views from the window. While we couldn't specify a king or twin room at the time of booking, the front desk staff promptly resolved this upon our arrival to our satisfaction. The hotel's biggest advantage is its incredibly convenient location. It's only a few hundred meters from the beach, with the tram station right downstairs, making travel exceptionally easy. The Q1 Skypoint Observation Deck is also directly opposite, which is a great bonus! Additionally, there are restaurants conveniently located downstairs, and the hotel offers a comprehensive range of facilities.

GGuest UserPretty good overall. Although our view was partially obstructed by the building in front, we could still enjoy a good portion of the sea view. The kids had a fantastic time, and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were ideal for our family with children.

LlovetravelcatRiver view quiet room, good location in surfers paradise. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Spa is really hot even it is outdoors. Breakfast is good but limited. TV in the room is crystal clear and quick WiFi.
After staying 5 days, the breakfast is boring, almost same everyday. The bar is great next to the swimming pool. But the swimming pool is too cold to swim without any warm water.
In short, I will come back.

AAnonymous UserSteer clear of the Deluxe Two Double Beds room. This room type is situated on lower floors, right next to the building's ventilation units (see last photo), which makes it quite noisy. Even with doors and windows closed, the soundproofing, while decent, doesn't entirely block out the noise. City view and sea view rooms are on higher floors and are often just a couple of RMB more expensive, making them a much better option. The room was clean, but the amenities are a bit dated; for instance, the safe makes a very loud noise when operated, and the bathtub drains very slowly. Nevertheless, the value for money is excellent. Breakfast was good, and the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. Overall, it's a decent choice.

GGuest UserThe location is wonderful .. short walk to surfers paradise and skypoint is just right next door. Easy to get from airport as the tram stop is just right next to skypoint. Many cafe and restaurant choices. Did not use the pool or gym. Noise can be heard from room as the walls are thin. Easy check in .. staff did not advise much on the resort facilities and we figure out the wifi password base on the sticker on the kitchen wall. Our rooms balcony look out into the pool which is nice.

GGuest UserAs soon as you walk its old school wow... elegant and stylish, It may be a bit aged but i love old style hotels. For what is a stayed for was definitely worth the price. Pool to drink and be stress free at was great, the High Tea was yum, staff seem a little distracted in that area....the buffet breakfast catered to everyone and the staff were lovely in there. Oh no milk in the room for morning coffee?? but all in all it was a beautiful place. I will be back

GGuest UserThe check in was fine, the car parking was easy enough, but the room was not in good shape. The room was asthough it had experienced 20 years of schoolines and nothing had been attended to. There was paint peeling off, chips, cracks, unclean carpet, unkept room items. The clock was flashing random time, I didn't check to see if the TV was working, but it didn't mater, I wasn't staying in the room to watch it.
The beds were very clean though, which I was relieved to see.
The breakfast in the dining room was very nice, that was the saving grace.
Won't be staying at this mantra again :(
