It is clean and the service is quite good.

The staff are friendly and suggest a nice route to reach Alhambra (that was awesome!!!)

The room is a bit small, but the roommates are of high quality, the public bathroom is clean and large, the rooftop balcony has a great view, and the location of the youth hostel is also convenient.

This is my first time paying for a hotel stay

If you are just going to sleep at night, it is a good price.

Had the best time at this hostel! Honestly didn’t expect to stay as long as I did, but it just kinda grabbed me, you know? The vibes, the people, and of course, Granada—it’s like the perfect spot for a foodie to just live for a week. Highly recommend

Amazing hostel, everybody is just so friendly and easy to talk to. They do so much for the guests at the hostel, we go on hikes, dinner in a cave, flamenco, sunset hike and more. If i could rate it more than 5 stars i would do that. Amazing experience and will comeback someday

I loved the Hostel, especially the family atmosphere that exists there. The staff is very attentive and attentive to their guests. The guys at the reception are the best of all, they helped me a lot. They also plan many activities every day, so you can share and go on excursions. I traveled alone and I had a great time. It is quiet, comfortable, the rooms are comfortable to rest. Good and very economical to spend a vacation, and also very very close to everything. I would always return to the Granado Family. Thankssss

How nice it is to be able to feel at home in an accommodation!!! It is wonderful to meet people so dedicated to their work, as it is evident not only in the kindness with which they receive you, but also in the cleanliness, attention to every detail,... We stayed on the ground floor, in a room with bathroom. The very comfortable and spacious bed, the perfect bathroom and the entire stay impeccable. The perfect location, right in the center, with nearby paid parking, if you have a car. It is the first time we have stayed at this hostel, but without a doubt, we will return. Thank you so much!!!

La experiencia fue maravillosa sobre todo por la guía quien es una chica guapísima, inteligente y llena de historias para contar. La parte mala fue el check out, este es el motivo por el cual no voy a volver. Llegué el domingo, pagué com tarjeta mi estadia junto a una caminata. Todo bien hasta ahi. El lunes habia otra a la cual me apunte y decidí ir a pagar al manager quien me dijo que le pagará después porque al momento yo era la 1era en anotarme. En la tarde, antes de salir le pagué a alguien y está persona me dijo "son 19€" a lo que le pasé un billete de 50€. Pensé que lo habian registrado, pero ahora resulta que al hacer check out me dicen que sigo debiendo los 19 a lo que le digo que lo pagué. Me dicen que no, que seguramente pensé que los pagué. A lo que indico que pagué con un billete de 50 y que si no fuer así deberian seguir conmigo los 50. Aquí la que salió perdiendo soy yo porque fui tratada como alguien que no sabe donde esta parada y termine pagando 38€. Nunca más me voy a quedar en el hostel y no voy a recomendarlo a nadie. La guía so es un amor y por eso si voy a granada la voy a contactar a ella y si ella deja voy a pagarle directamente a ella ya que ella si es una chica correcta.
