我帶家人住了三晚 房子優點是 1:位置真的太好 就在小蠻腰旁邊 地鐵站出來很近入住很便利 就在廣州塔商場門口 去哪打車地鐵都很方便 2 房東人很不錯 溝通順利且貼心 有準備入住零食和水果和飲用水 入住指南很清晰 還有旅遊推薦 3 房屋基本和圖片一致 是比較老的小區 房屋設施一般 但床品也乾燥 室內通風也好 缺點也是有的：1 洗澡水很小 2 就是床真的太硬了 睡到半夜我都以為自己睡在木板上 希望能改善 後來是用了旁邊備用的單人床墊 稍微好些 真的希望改進床墊 3隔音不是太好 樓道里 樓下有動靜能聽見 但是對我們影響不大 深夜還是很安靜的 除非白天在家睡覺 總的來説 還是符合我的期待的

這個位置和價格太值了，出門對面就是廣州塔，坐觀光巴士也在旁邊，門口有吃的，出門就是公交車和地鐵，老闆還貼心給了好吃的推薦和好玩的地方，一家出行非常方便。

很好的民宿，雖然不是新樓，但是兩室一廳很乾凈，每個房間都有空調，很好用，洗手間洗漱用具也都有，還有洗衣機，冰箱都好用。最主要就是地理位置很好，去哪兒都不遠，公共交通也很方便，離廣州塔很近，晚上還可以遛遛彎。建議跟導航軟件關聯上，那樣的話更容易導航。希望老闆生意興隆，但也別太火了，不然我下次來該訂不到了，哈。

如果選擇住廣州塔附近，好的酒店一時又定不到，這套房真是優選，二室一廳不像酒店那樣侷促，交通非常便捷，小區走出門五分鐘不到就是廣州塔地鐵站，第二天看完夜景篤篤定定走回去，完全不用再和擁擠的人流去擠地鐵，太舒服了（因為入口就開了一個，聽説排隊都要一小時以上了）。床上用品準備的也很用心，床單被套的材料很親膚，國慶四天三晚太實惠了

這個小區的位置太好了，非常適合旅遊的人入住!交通便利!出門真的就是可見廣州塔!對喜歡運動的人員更是友好，清晨起來跑跑江邊，過江天橋過去就是二沙島體育公園，因為是週末入住的，公園裡成羣結隊的跑友們好不熱鬧!就是晚上睡覺小房間有點兒吵!

乾淨，安靜。設備齊全，空調洗衣機鍋灶大冰箱啥都有。離廣州塔賊近，我很喜歡。唯一缺點燈太亮，覺得可以減少燈泡哈哈。住得愉快謝謝房東啦
