旅館位於新發展區,生活配套相對有限,但步行5分鐘可到24小時便利店和餐館，且樓下轉角有一家不錯的咖啡店。
房間設計簡潔大方，衛生環境良好，空調也運作正常。浴室空間寬敞，但排水較慢。令人遺憾的是缺乏雪櫃設備。
房間隔音效果一般，可能會受到來自走廊或鄰居的一些干擾。但整體而言，旅館提供了簡單而舒適的住宿環境，足以滿足普通旅客的短暫休息需求。是一間不錯的經濟型酒店，值得推薦予預算有限，只需簡單休憩的旅客。

環境清幽， 服務態度很好很熱情， 根據導航容易找， 衞生也挺乾淨的， 裝修簡單大方， 出門也很便利， 有公交站， 停車也方便， 剛開業的也沒有什麼裝修的味道， 挺好的， 下次還會選擇這家公寓。

這附近算是公寓中最好的了，新裝修不久，該有的都有，關鍵是乾淨衞生。主要是那邊有停車位，這附近免費停車的都基本很難找。
