衞生：房間異味太重，被子枕套都爛了
設施：空調聲音巨響，辦公桌上插座也沒有
環境：隔音效果極差，走廊的聊天都能聽得一清二楚
服務：服務態度不行，敷衍了事，停車費還需要自理！

客觀評價：衞生極差，桌子、地面、衣櫃處處是不明污漬，更不用説窗簾窗台
電視機下的路由器內疑似有微型攝像頭，出差時間緊沒有時間報警檢查
在這麼偏的位置，完全不值這個價格

衞生真的太差了 拖鞋臟死了 地板也是邋邋遢遢 廁所的玻璃模糊的看不清楚 最離譜的是充電插頭 還用牀頭櫃擋着 第一眼給我看見的還是床頭櫃上面的付費充電插頭 整體的衞生就感覺是換了被子 但是沒有打掃衞生 更離譜的是上一位租客的內褲還在房間掛着 也沒有人清理掉 而且兩個人開房衹給了一份沐浴液 比我的大拇指還要短的沐浴液 可想而知 隔音效果也很差

培訓需要，不得不定這個酒店，每次都踩雷
首先：住過的都會覺得有一股潮濕的黴味，拖鞋也是不乾淨的
其次：衞生方面，保潔總是12:30-14:00打掃衞生，甚至會出現一天都不打掃的情況，我住進來的時候衞生沒收拾乾淨，衞生間還有前住户的剃毛刀emmm一言難盡
前台服務：某些前台還是比較熱情有禮貌的
還有：如果你們住進來發現沒有熱水，就是熱水器壞了，果斷要求換房間

園區環境不錯，交通很方便，21號線神舟路地鐵站c出口直走100米左右就到園區了。園區裏面有好幾個便利店，7-11和family都有，就在樓下，買點喝的吃的也不用走遠。早上樓下一樓有很多家早餐店，買早餐也是相當便利。客房設施齊全，前台小姐姐服務熱情，有什麼訴求都能第一時間解決，房間衞生乾淨，不錯不錯。

房間很乾凈沒有異味，通風很好，浴巾都是獨立包裝的，很乾凈，免查房退房很快節省了很多時間，很方便，房間都配有各種一次性用品，房間窗户很大光線很好，無線跟電視也很好用，房間裝潢的簡單現代很舒適，網絡真的比其他家好，前台很熱情，停車也方便，最重要的是價格還實惠！不錯不錯，值得推薦。
