Nice Hotel and Resort. It was a Hotel and Resort combined together. Nice and delicious breakfast. Worth the price and value for money. This Hotel and Resort was not so far from the Pazhou Canton Fair Complex. Unfortunately on the day of the check-out the Air Conditioner was leaking. Would definitely recommend this Hotel and Resort for anyone who wants to attend the Guangzhou Fair or wants to transit in Guangzhou City.

Good stay relax sit at the balcony nature good smimming pool and gym very helpful and gentle Staff at reception.

The food was good but the toliet was always stuck. The service was not bad either.

Not impressed with this hotel or their service. The facilities are older, which is fine, but the service at the front desk was not good. The Air conditioning in the room was not working (26degrees was the coldest it got). Asked the front desk to change rooms because my baby couldn’t sleep, he was sweating in his pajamas. Took over 2 hours and three different phone calls to finally be able to switch to a different room. Still no response so we had to go to the front desk in person to get the new room key. Breakfast was very crowded and had few options— just Chinese food dishes and packaged bread. We enjoyed the indoor pool, but the outdoor pool was closed from 11:00-3:00pm so we couldn’t even try it out. We would not go to this hotel again.

The first time I stayed with my children, it was a very luxurious five-star hotel in the surrounding area. The whole lobby was magnificent and splendid. I booked the Octonauts parent-child room, and they also gave me a skin care set and toys when I checked in. The mask was very useful. The service attitude of every staff was very good, thank you very much! I will come again if I have the chance.

The room is well soundproofed and quiet. Cleaning is also timely. The hotel has a European environment. There is a lake in the hotel where you can take a walk and breathe some fresh air.

During the rainy May Day holiday, it was like picking up a treasure. The super high cost-effectiveness made me feel that the hotel was losing money, so I commented on it. Because it was raining and I was traveling with my baby, my criteria for choosing a hotel this time were: 1. There is an indoor heated swimming pool, 2. There is a children's playground, and 3. The room should preferably have a bathtub. This hotel meets all the requirements. There are also May Day parties and various activities. Not only that, the heated swimming pool is really heated, the breakfast is also very rich, the room is large, and the balcony overlooks the lake, which makes you feel comfortable. Bicycle riding is free. I just stayed at the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel in Gaoming, Foshan because of horse racing. Overall, the hotels under Phoenix Yue are all good. I will bring my baby back when the weather is good.

Super satisfactory hotel. It was my first time to Xintang. The hotel was so beautiful that I thought I was in the wrong place. I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. Someone picked me up and helped me carry my luggage. Breakfast was also arranged for me. It was warm and thoughtful. The hotel decoration and facilities were very thoughtful. I will definitely come again!

The service was very good, and I was upgraded to a suite for free. The balcony has a beautiful view, and the room is clean and spacious. The hotel lobby style is also what I like, magnificent and grand, reminding me of a Western museum. If I have a chance, I will come again next time.
