廣州文華是給品牌拉垮的嘛？已經下午4點了才去辦入住，然而告訴我還要等一個小時才有房！！！前台坐滿了人，還要讓我自己找個地方坐？！辦理入住期間也沒有任何介紹，包括餐廳及早餐時間等等！看起來前台都很忙、忙到沒人搭理你！
但有一説一，房間裝修等硬件設施確實文華風格。
歡迎水果挺寒酸，早餐吧也就是在水平線，唯一優點就是延遲到11:30。
廣州文華，就衝著服務和入住時間，不會再去第二次！！

文華東方在廣州的高端酒店中也算是獨享一方地了，雖然景觀上比不上珠江旁邊的一眾酒店，但是酒店的服務和風格都給人一種低調奢華的感覺，也難怪那些上了年紀的香港老太太會選擇這家酒店

My recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Guangzhou was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, every moment was handled with professionalism and care.
Upon our arrival, Lance assisted us with our luggage and ensured a smooth transition into the hotel, making us feel both welcomed and well-cared-for. During the check-in process, Edward was attentive and meticulous. He addressed all our needs efficiently, ensuring that my siblings and I were comfortable throughout our stay.
When it was time to check out, Ivy and Connie demonstrated the same level of dedication and professionalism, making the process quick and seamless. Their courteous demeanor made a lasting impression on us.
All the staff members we encountered were polite and eager to assist, contributing hugely to the warmth and hospitality of the hotel.
I highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou, thanks to these wonderful team members who truly made our visit special. Their outstanding service is a testament to the quality of the hotel.
