作為建在地標建築之上，當地最高的酒店，廣州瑰麗無疑就是城市名片上最為靚麗的那張。如果你是那種對於奢華酒店有着美好憧憬的客人，那麼這家瑰麗就會是一個很好的選擇。從入住體驗來看，酒店的位置優越，景觀無敵，設計前衞，裝修豪華自不必多説，更值得讚譽的其實是酒店對細節的嚴格把控和對服務的不懈追求。舉幾個例子，比如説餐品質量，就拿Patina苑餐廳來説，早餐的品種不算很多，但推出的每一道都是精品，用整衹大蝦仁手工包的蝦餃和燒賣，特別甘甜的西柚，金絲柚，芒果，菠蘿蜜，奶味蛋味濃郁，烤得金黃鬆脆的法式薄餅和華夫餅；又比如第一天對餐廳提出了小小建議之後，第二天早餐就得到了整改，撤舊換新，追求更好，着實讓人感到酒店的超高效率和認真傾聽了客人的心聲；還比如前廳和客房會根據客人的喜好，在打掃和佈置房間的時候，在各個細節方面努力滿足客人的需求。特別鳴謝酒店管理和服務團隊在我和家人入住期間給予的照顧和關懷，他們之中包括了以下我記住了名字和更多叫不出名字的員工:客房總監Yuki，前廳副經理Angelia，值班經理Freddie，Patina苑餐廳經理Celin，實習生Minnie等等。廣州瑰麗，的確值得再來！

Amazing experience! Will back for sure! Everything you need is in one building. Spa, gym, swimming pool, flower shop, K11 shopping mall, hair salon, lots of amazing restaurants.
Restaurant 107f, Jazz bar with amazing artists! Room is amazing with amazing view. Just so peace! I slept so well since I have sleep problem.
Frankly, there is no better hotel in GZ than this!
Staffs r respectful and helpful.
I have not leaving hotel for 3 days.

這次和老婆來慶祝生日入住廣州瑰麗酒店超驚喜！高空客房視野絕了，白天看雲捲雲舒，夜晚賞霓虹璀璨，細節佈置盡顯質感。工作人員服務超貼心，主動幫忙提行李。Sophia住店期間主動聯繫我們，晚上送了紅酒，服務太棒啦！Santos辦入住專業又細緻，Frankie還幫我做了延遲退房，服務實在是太好了。中餐廳也很好吃，下次還會推薦朋友來體驗！

給Zilia點個贊！酒店環境真的沒話説，採光好、設施新，還帶着很舒服的氛圍感，每次回到酒店都像回到了臨時的“小家”。服務更是無可挑剔，工作人員都特別貼心，有問必答、有需必應。還有ian、Anita和Tinaj也很好。

酒店環境很好，樓下就是K11，購物很便利，入住期間感覺特別省心，Zilia的服務很好，來過紀念日，專門給我們準備了紀念日蛋糕，有求必應～酒店環境清爽，住得很舒服。還有Sue、ian、Xylia、Sophia都很熱情，這次體驗超滿意！

1.酒店地庫和商場是共用的 裏面非常不好找 設計的很奇怪 並且沒人引導 指示牌也特別少 好不容易碰見了酒店工作人員 但是態度很差
2.b5地庫的電梯是壞的（如圖所示）導致我拎着兩個25公斤重的行李走了樓梯 給我累的要命
3.房間設計的還不錯 但面積很小 並且窗户隔音差 晚上睡覺的時候風燥特別大
4.酒店門僮不讓我停在地上 就算我説了是臨時停一下接我對象也不行 而且我還是停在車位 請問如果不能臨時停在那裡那設計車位的意義在哪裡？
5.房間配備的戴森吹風機是仿品 風力特別弱
