The address written on the website is not the same place as the actual place where you live. 2. The room facilities are old and dirty, and only three of the four light bulbs are on. 3. The cleaning was not careful, and there were PET bottles left by the previous tenant. 4. The water heater is hot and cold, and you have to adjust the water temperature several times every 10 minutes of taking a shower. 5. Poor sanitary environment and cockroaches 6. If you live on a high floor, the elevator will take a long time. When I made the reservation, the room price rose to more than 800 RMB per night during the exchange meeting. Otherwise, it was only more than 200 RMB per night.
