Ffuqiduoduo00Seriously, you can't always trust negative reviews; everyone has different expectations, and when we're on vacation, the goal is to be happy and satisfied with everything. I remember one day we returned to the hotel early, and our room had already been tidied. My sunglasses, which I'd left out that morning, had a new cleaning cloth next to them, and my child's phone cable was neatly organized with a cable clip. It was incredibly thoughtful. After resting for a bit, we went to the hotel pool. The outdoor pool on the M floor offers views of the Burj Khalifa. I didn't expect the room to be cleaned again, but when we returned, it was! All my valuable jewelry I'd left on the nightstand was still there. Later, when we went out for dinner, we actually ran into the two young men doing the turndown service, and they greeted us politely. Honestly, after a tiring day of exploring, returning to a tidy and welcoming room every time, who would even think about finding fault? My only regret is not having exchanged enough foreign currency for tips! 🙉
The Kitchen6 restaurant is enormous. You might think you've been seated in a really out-of-the-way spot, but there are coffee machines, toasters, and even duplicate food stations everywhere, even in the far corners. It couldn't be more convenient. Although this hotel was recommended to me because it had Chinese food, I never actually ate any. There's no need to insist on Chinese food. The steamed fish, however, was excellent; I had it twice. Everything else was random, and my stomach was incredibly stable for days. Oh, and by the way, the cappuccino the hostess made for me on the first day was so thoughtful – she even gave me a milk pitcher and a shot of espresso on the side. Have all the 'five-star' hotels I've stayed at before been fakes? 🙉

GGuest UserYou will not be disappointed staying in the Sheraton Grand. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay from the moment I arrived to my departure. The hotel is conveniently located a 15 minutes drive from the airport, and a 5-10 minute walk to the metro which is linked to downtown Dubai, approximately taking 20-30 minutes in total to reach the Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was exceptional, with a very extensive selection, and excellent customer service throughout. All the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. Beautiful rooftop pool and great gym. I would definitely stay here again.

For first-timers to Dubai, the night view from the room is a significant highlight, showcasing the city's most vibrant main roads and architecture. Its prime location also means most attractions are easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast is provided, offering a decent selection of classic Western dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

MMaoyaThis was the only hotel we stayed at in Dubai, and it offered incredible value for money. The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view suite with two separate large bedrooms, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's right next to Palm Jumeirah and very close to Skydive Dubai. The metro station is just 30 meters from the hotel entrance, making transportation super convenient. I highly recommend booking the Akaya Ma Seahorse Camp desert safari on Taobao; the hotel provided full transfers and concierge-like service with a rich variety of activities.

GGuest UserA truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!

RRBouThe hotel's location is truly incredible. The metro station is right in front, a 3-minute walk away, as is the taxi rank.
The studio is spacious, even for two people for an extended stay.
The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day.
Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel.
The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals.
The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food.
The staff is truly excellent and attentive.
The breakfast is decent.

EEwan912The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.

MM255441****The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.

HHaitham AlqamI had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the lobby.

KKhalfan_AlnaqbiThe hotel's location on Sheikh Zayed Road is excellent. It's conveniently close to Mall of the Emirates, an 11-minute drive to Dubai Hills Mall, and 15 minutes to Dubai Mall. However, while the furniture is in good condition, it feels quite dated, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities also show their age. The gym is excellent and spotlessly clean, as is the pool, which also boasts a great location.
