The stay was okay. But I think the hotel needs to be stricter when it comes to their smoke-free rooms. Sometimes, there’s a smell of smoke that lingers…probably someone else in another room is smoking and the smell is reaching my room. They did a great job freshening up the room though! Also I find it weird that the second time I called for room service, I was told I should call the restaurant and not the reception. How will I know that? I only dialled the number written in the desk to call for orders😅 I commend the first person who answered my first order though, told me they’ll redirect the call to the restaurant. Maybe change the number that was on the desk? Other than that, it was an okay stay. Although not recommended for holidays, there was a waiting line for the buffet. Definitely not solo traveller/solo business trip friendly.

The stay was good and the place is really great. Staffs are accomodating and approachable. My only issue is not enough info about the promo 36hrs stay. I expect to stay till 9PM the next day but they told us that our booking doesn't have promo of 36hrs stay, although it was in out email that we have a package of the promo. In the end the Rove told us that the promo is exclusive in their website only. The next time, they should inform the 3rd party booking app that is was exclusive booking only from their own website. But overall our stay is very good ❤️

The hotel's location is truly incredible. The metro station is right in front, a 3-minute walk away, as is the taxi rank. The studio is spacious, even for two people for an extended stay. The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day. Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel. The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals. The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food. The staff is truly excellent and attentive. The breakfast is decent.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good and offers great value for money. It's conveniently located near several key attractions in the old city. Plus, it's right next to Gold Souk, so after exploring there, you can easily take a boat across to the hotel, which is super convenient. I'd recommend staying two nights. A pleasant surprise was the infinity pool on the rooftop!

Good location servic i waiting for room more than 30 minutes i go after 15:30 but they told me room not ready but other every thing good :) price cheap so for this price this hotel good i hope they make service better

Overall, the hotel itself is quite good, especially considering the price we managed to book it for. In this city, hotel prices are generally unreasonably high, so this option felt like a fair deal. What was good: - The hotel honestly deserves around 4 stars. - Good and varied breakfast was included. - Rooms and facilities match the category. - The hotel is located close to a metro station, which sounds good on paper. Major downside: location - Despite being near the metro, the surrounding area is terrible. - The road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition. - There are no proper sidewalks — moving with a suitcase is extremely uncomfortable. - Dust, dirt, construction sites everywhere. - The area feels neglected and unpleasant, especially for travelers. Final thoughts: The hotel itself is fine and could be a good option if it were located elsewhere. Unfortunately, the environment around it completely ruins the experience. Honestly, after this trip, I don’t see myself ever coming back to this city.

(Stayed Oct 2025) Good Hotel Stay. Room was clean, had decent wifi connection, was accessible by lift, & had basic shower amenities provided. Although complimentary buffet breakfast was slightly lacking in variety. Location is walkable to the metro station too.

The hotel is definitely worth every penny. The area is peaceful and quiet, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and the toilets are clean and fresh. Overall, great value for money and a place I would happily stay at again.

Had a good customer experience except that I was greatly disappointed when I was charged 100DHR for inviting a guest to my room. I’ve been in several hotels in different countries but I never heard of such insane charges.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stayed at Abjad Crown Hotel and really enjoyed it. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the staff were super welcoming and always ready to help. The overall service was smooth and pleasant. Yes, it gets a little noisy at night because of the clubs downstairs, but if you don’t mind a lively vibe, it actually adds to the atmosphere. Great value for money!
