RRBouThe hotel's location is truly incredible. The metro station is right in front, a 3-minute walk away, as is the taxi rank.
The studio is spacious, even for two people for an extended stay.
The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day.
Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel.
The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals.
The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food.
The staff is truly excellent and attentive.
The breakfast is decent.

Jjs.haarStayed here for three nights in November 2025. Received an upgrade upon arrival, which was a lovely gesture. Apart from a loud ”neighbour” at night (called the staff from the room, they spoke with them, and the noise stopped), the stay went smoothly, the staff was attentive, and I received all the help I needed. Peaceful and quiet area, especially the view from the ceiling to floor windows :)
Suggestion for improvement: in my personal opinion, the map on top of the bed isn't really necessary, as it brings down the ambience of the room

Some staff is very friendly/ professional, some the opposite. It’s noisy during the day because of construction in the building. Nice lobby, good atmosphere, right next to the Emirates Mall. Rooms are basic / functional. Nice pool, they share with the neighbouring hotel. Gym is ok.

AAjay styaOur stay at City Places Hotel was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in smoothly and guiding us around local attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and modern with comfortable bedding and great views of the city skyline. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.
