I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent, simple yet comfortable hotel not far from the airport. They had no problem letting us check in early and even moved our breakfast to the day of arrival since we had a late-night departure, all without any fuss.

The hotel was very clean and the room was bright. Its location near the old town's financial district was convenient, just a 10-minute walk away. Daily cleaning was thorough. We even got a room upgrade, and the two large beds were very comfortable. The only minor downsides were that the room was close to the street, making it a bit noisy during the day (though fine at night), and the central AC was quite loud, but turning it off helped a lot.

Major downside: location - Despite being near the metro, the surrounding area is terrible. - The road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition. - There are no proper sidewalks — moving with a suitcase is extremely uncomfortable. - Dust, dirt, construction sites everywhere. - The area feels neglected and unpleasant, especially for travelers. Final thoughts: The hotel itself is fine and could be a good option if it were located elsewhere. Unfortunately, the environment around it completely ruins the experience. Honestly, after this trip, I don’t see myself ever coming back to this city.

I randomly picked City Palace Hotel on Trip.com and was a bit nervous about staying there, but it turned out to be far better than I expected in every way. The room was well-equipped and clean, breakfast had a great variety, and it was convenient for getting around. The price was also reasonable, making it a top choice for business travelers in Dubai. Everything just fell into place perfectly.

The hotel is definitely worth every penny. The area is peaceful and quiet, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and the toilets are clean and fresh. Overall, great value for money and a place I would happily stay at again.

look i really not happy 100% but i like very much the customer service they are good staff friendly and trying hard to please the customers. The other bad things is the smoking the smell of it is everywhere you go

Location is good. Service is fair but the cleanliness is poor. There was food left in the refrigerator and we asked for it to be removed and cleaned. Transferred us to another room with the same food left in the room from the previous guest. If you are not Indian I advise not to book. It feels more of an Indian hotel than foreigners.
