GGuest UserThe location is great, just 4 metro stops from the Burj Khalifa. It's a 1-minute walk, or even less if you're fast, from the metro station. There's a convenience store downstairs with reasonable prices. A quick 5-minute walk to the right leads to a huge, fantastic shopping mall. The environment is clean and tidy, and the kitchen is really nice and spotless. The mattress is very comfortable, so I slept well. The air conditioning runs 24 hours.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is near the subway station, but the area is primarily populated by people of Indian, Pakistani, and Black descent. I wouldn't recommend it for families or solo female travelers.

Please note that the hotel requires a cash deposit at check-in. However, the refund of this deposit is very inconvenient. The refund depends entirely on staff availability, and reception staff is not always present, especially in the evening and at night.
In my case, I was told to wait until midnight or even 1:00–2:00 AM to get my deposit refunded, which is not reasonable, especially for guests with early morning departures.
Staff professionalism and service organization need improvement. Apart from these service issues, everything else was okay

GGuest UserGreat place to stay. It was so neat and clean. I enjoyed free breakfast free Netflix. The bed was cozy and had privacy curtains a spot light and mobile and laptop charging slots. I also enjoyed recliner with heat massager. Coffee machine with Starbucks coffee shots and fresh orange juice machine and a mini bar at very nominal price make my stay a very executive 5 star experience. The host was very friebdly and hospitable and joined me with a delicious dinner with him. I had my return flight ticket but I wish to stay here more. Whenever I come back to Dubai I will definitely prefer to stay here every time. Highly recomendable.

DDileka Nishara PremathilakaI had a pleasant stay at Sunday Sheikh Zayed Road Concord Tower by Belvilla. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was well-maintained throughout my stay.
The location is good, with easy access to key areas, although it could be slightly more convenient for transport. The service was generally good, with staff being polite and helpful when needed.
The amenities were decent and met expectations, though there is some room for improvement to enhance the overall experience.

IIchitaroConveniently located near the station and within walking distance of the historical district. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The accommodation is in several rooms in an apartment building. If the manager is not there when you check in, you will need to contact him via What's App, so I think it's a good idea to download it in advance.
The room I stayed in had three bunk beds. There was a guy who snored a lot, but I was grateful to be able to stay in such a convenient place for this price.
