The services at Jumeirah are attentive and considerate, the dishes are delicious and suit Chinese tastes. The three-day stay is full of wonderful memories. If I come to Dubai next time, I will choose Jumeirah.

Guest UserWe booked a stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and what a fun and memorable experience it was! We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea.
The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault.
Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai — we’ll definitely be back!

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.

Guest UserA truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!

Ewan912The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.

Guest UserGorgeous Hotel, Most Uncomfortable Room Ever.
First the positives, the place is stunning, like a Conrad's, beach and infinity pool great, free beach chairs the whole kit. Staff is stellar, breakfast buffet ample. Now for the series of unfortunate events.
1. Booked 3 mos. in advance requested high floor nice view. Reply we will try. No. Got 7 of 16 floors, no view without cash.
Deluxe room is beautiful but a Standard size. Honesty!
2. We were sick most of the time here. The AC was stuck at 17, freezing and they said it will warm up slowly. False, woke up with head colds, sick all day. Thermostat bad. I heard another guy complain about the same 2 days later. No upgrade only repair.
3. Next the pillows are super soft, day 2 suffered severe neck pain headache, sick all day. Tried to sleep in the chair, both narrow in front and fabric rough as camel hair. Walmart cheapest better! No comfortable place to rest, torture or the body. Bed ok. Trick, sleep on red decorative pillow or towels.
4. Many minor pains. Room felt like a park madhouse. Phone power cord drops out every night, hairdryer plug in dark cabinet, with a hidden power off button, so when fumbling to plug in you secretly cut off the outlets power. What's the point of this? Froze my wet head while waiting staff to show me invisible button.
5. More. Lights and remote very high tech look so utterly flat minimalist buttons hard to work. You get two buttons by the door, hard to predict what order to punch to get two modes only, master lights on or just lamps. Wake up your partner when you just need a hallway lamp. TV remote keeps skipping out of channels back to hotel home screen, like living in a TV maze.
6. More. Cheap with the bath dispensers, squirt out teeny amounts so kill your fingers and patience. Coffee machine tasted truly bad. Minor things but death by 1000 cuts.
7. Summary, designer is a high artiste A for aesthetics, F- for ergonomics. Best Western room 1000x more room and comfort.
8. Staff is nice but can't do anything for you except send a stream of repairmen knocking. The 3rd day we were sick with E Coli after free coffee at Burj Al Arab. Beauty but distress again.
9. General outside hotel: Watch for E coli here don't trust any water or water based food.
10. Good news: See the Palm island from View at the Palm in St Regis across street. Pay for fast track or suffer interminable lines of hot sweaty patrons. Burj Al Arab the big Sail hotel is close, avoid free coffee. Get to the beach, it gets 5 C degrees warmer than hotel and free towels as blankets while you wait. Delicious feeling. Now you are prepared.

Anonymous UserFantastic room and breakfast. Would 100% book again with the family with kids. One thing: there are two Asians in the neighborhood, don't confuse.

Katya976532I really liked this hotel. The rooms are clean, and they change towels if you leave them on the floor (there's a sign in the bathroom explaining this). The breakfasts are excellent with a good variety of cheeses, vegetables, and pastries. There's also a lean towards Indian cuisine, but Europeans won't go hungry either. The pool is clean, and they provide towels. There are tennis courts on the property.
The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk to the airport, which is great for transit layovers. However, we stayed during a tennis tournament in February, and the walk to the tennis courts took about 12 minutes. The metro is about a 15-minute walk away.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Unfortunately I found the hotel to be quite dirty and worn out - from grout in the bathroom, to stains on the redhead and scratches on the walls / tables… expected better than this. They were also late to check me in, with the room not ready at 3pm
