GGuest UserStayed for two nights. The hotel is very clean. It should be a new hotel. The facilities are also novel. It is very convenient to be next to the supermarket. The front desk service is good. The last day is delayed by two hours. Thank you very much. I hope I will have a chance to come back later.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location in the centre of the city and is great for tourism. Great food in the restaurant for breakfast and throughout the day. Staff in the restaurant and hotel were friendly and helpful. Nice stay for six nights.

__M1390165****It is a very beautiful hotel inside out. What does not make this hotel great is the poor service of at least two sections of the hotel from my personal experience. Number one disappointment is the Beauty Salon. I made an appointment for meniscus at 16:30 on September 22. I showed up on time only to be told by the receptionist that the appointment is at 16:45. I told her that is not true and in fact I confirmed it with her twice. It was apparent that someone cut into the line and from our conversation I know she knew it as well. Yet, she was lying through her teeth that is totally beyond me. The worst was yet to come, I was told when I came down again at 16:45, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. That is the end of the story. Second incident is at the “well known” restaurant Mediterra. To make a long story shot, the Greek style calamari I ordered looked as well as tasted like burned wood log. To the main course “beef cheeks” the only thing I could think about it is what I once tasted on a Lufthansa flight business class section is 10 times better.
Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I should also add the location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to all the main attractions.

GGuest UserThe location is in the center. Trams rumble right under the window from 3.30 am, so opening the window at night is not very convenient.
Breakfasts are good.
The rooms are tired: shower holders, flush buttons fall off.
The rooms are a bit dark, it is impossible to turn on a brighter light.
The linen is clean.
We were there in winter. The air in the room is very dry. Opening the window, despite the noise, did not help: at night, the throat and nose dried out so much that it hurt.
For this reason, we left 2 days early. We asked for a refund at least for the last night - they refused.

GGuest UserA very unique hotel that combines hotel and co-working spaces into one. Room was very spacious, breakfast was good and an easy 15min ride from the airport. Noticed that check in can be done online but also upstairs where is the restaurant.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a little inconvenient for people without a car. The hotel is about 300 meters away from the subway terminal, but when I went to the subway station at 5 pm, I felt that there were few people inside and was a little scared. Opposite is Metro, but the front desk told me that I could not shop there without a membership card. I could only eat in the hotel restaurant, which tasted average but was quite expensive.
I had to travel early the next day, and the hotel prepared breakfast bags, which were very good.

GGuest UserI had a job at the hotel center, at the justice ministry, I could reach it in 10 minutes. When I arrived at 11 a.m., they asked for 30 euros for early check-in, although there were 7 rooms. The lamb meat products offered at breakfast were smoking, and when I asked the garçon there was no pig meat dendi.netlik. Turkish channels are not opened on TV. There are two towels, two shaving sets in the bathroom with cleaning products for hair and body.

RRositsa PetrovaAlright hotel. Strange decorations. It used to be a Sofia classic, built by a famous Japanese architect. They still kept tye nice Japanese garden. The restaurants are nice too. Breakfast was adequate, thought not copious. Close to the metro, nice views.
