Incheon Hotels with Gym

Wow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.  The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.  We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and casino!

I stayed at Paradise Hotel Incheon because of its convenient location near Incheon International Airport. The best part was the free shuttle bus from Terminal 1. t departs from **Gate 3** from Terminal 1 and need to across the street go to 3C stop. Don't wait at the front of the bus stop 3C—the hotel shuttle stops near the far end. I waited at the front and almost missed it. I also noticed many people without luggage taking the same shuttle, and later realized they were probably going to the hotel's casino. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. However, I had some difficulty finding the reception because the hotel is huge and divided into different wings (Red Wing, Purple Wing, etc.). The minibar is complimentary and includes bottled water, one pack of almonds, two gummy candies of different sizes, tea bags, and coffee. Considering the room price, I expected a little more. Instead of two gummy candies, it would have been nice to have something like a small bottle of orange juice. The biggest disappointment was the toilet. It flushes automatically after about 6–7 seconds, as stated, but the flushing process takes a long time and is quite weak. I often had to stand up multiple times before everything worked properly because the water pressure was not strong enough. The bathtub also had a few hairs in it when I arrived, so I decided not to use it. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. Breakfast is served on the first floor and costs an additional 75,000 KRW . There was a wide variety of food, and the quality was good. However, it was quite crowded with families and children. I stayed over the weekend, so that was probably the reason. The hotel suggests the guests to go there before 8.30 am to avoid crowd. The hotel also provides a small booklet with various discounts and benefits, including discounted casino membership, discounts at Lotte Department Store, and one free baggage drop-off service for selected airlines. I found this booklet useful. One important thing to know is that, under Korean regulations introduced in 2024, disposable toothbrushes and razors are no longer provided free of charge. If you use the hotel's toothbrush, it costs 2,000 KRW. I experienced the same policy at other hotels in Korea. I did not have time to use the swimming pool on the third floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location, free airport shuttle, comfortable bed, and breakfast were the highlights. The only major downside was the weak and slow-flushing toilet.

The hotel provides free airport shuttle service, about 15 minutes driving time. Based on the Hyatt’s reputation, our expectations were high as to room’s furniture, design , or necessities for travelers, but we were a bit disappointed. The room is clean, but is too plain and simple. The surprising part of this short stay was by walking 5 minutes from the hotel, we discovered a beautiful place called Paradise city

I only stayed one night for a layover, so it was a quick trip. The shuttle bus service was very convenient. The hotel service was good, and there's a 24-hour mini-mart downstairs where you can use a microwave. Hotel guests also get a 20% discount on food and drinks. Overall, it was a very convenient stay for a layover.

Free airport shuttle in the morning until 8.00 am, need to book in advance. Clean and big room. Free breakfast. Not far from metro. I came in Sep, there was no air-con and it was a bit hot in the room. I opened the window but there was some smell and dust so I had to close. 24 hr front desk but cannot speak basic English and did not answer.

My room was very clean, and the front desk hep was extremely helpful and polite. I enjoyed the view from my room and it was fairly quiet. I would stay there again.

Many hotels near Incheon Airport have check-in times at 11 PM and look a bit like love motels, so I specifically chose this one. The room initially assigned on the third floor was quite clean, but the wallpaper was wrinkled, which was very off-putting. Some areas even looked moldy. Additionally, while the Wi-Fi connected, there was no internet. After reporting this to the front desk, I was moved to a room on the fifth floor, which seemed like an upgrade. However, the wallpaper in the fifth-floor room was also wrinkled. Left with no other option, I contacted Trip.com's customer service. After a lengthy discussion between customer service and the hotel, the hotel claimed it was due to the local humid air, making it difficult to prevent wallpaper from peeling. I then went out and didn't return until past midnight, so I had to make do for the night. The air conditioning in this room also seemed problematic. I felt cold, so I turned off the AC with the remote. A little while later, I realized nothing had changed, and the AC automatically restarted immediately after being turned off. I'm not sure why. I then set the temperature to thirty degrees, and that finally stopped the AC. In the morning, I noticed many rooms had their doors open with notices posted, and tables and mattresses were being moved out. It felt like that floor was undergoing renovations. I reported this to Trip.com's customer service, who, after contacting the hotel, said they were just doing cleaning. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with this stay. The room was clean and well-equipped, but because of the wallpaper's condition, it felt like staying in a dilapidated house, and the cleanliness only highlighted the contrast more. I really feel that rooms in such a state should not be rented out by the hotel.

The apartment is newly renovated, and the hot water was excellent, making for a comfortable shower. It had a fridge, microwave, and washing machine, which was convenient. However, there were no disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, or cups provided, so I had to buy them all at the CU downstairs. The most frustrating thing was that the sponge inside the single bed pillow had clumped together, making it very uncomfortable. The bedsheets also didn't look very clean. I paid over 17,000 JPY for my one-night stay, but the price dropped to just over 4,000 JPY the very next day. The price fluctuation is quite drastic. If you plan to stay, it's best to book your hotel early. A taxi to the airport cost 19,300 KRW, and a taxi from Unseo Station was over 11,400 KRW. Across the street is a waterfront park where you can see the sea, but there's no sandy beach.

Clean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport. Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either.... Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways. So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
