Pleasantly surprised to find fresh coconuts for breakfast! 🥥 The chef cut open green coconuts right in front of me and added a mint straw. Paired with freshly made Hainanese chicken rice, drizzled with a secret three-color sauce, it instantly transported me to Southeast Asia~

Haikou was our final stop on this island tour, primarily because the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and also in the city center, making transportation, dining, and entertainment easily accessible. I specifically chose to stay at The Langham, based on Ctrip's recommendations, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is very new and incredibly luxurious. I felt it offered great value for money, truly exceeding my expectations. They also sell souvenirs ranging from a few tens to over a hundred yuan, which are very reasonably priced and quite meaningful. It was a delightful experience, I loved it so much!

Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating with room requests. We asked for a quiet, non-smoking, high-floor room that wasn't a corner unit, and they delivered. Very good. Facilities: This hotel has been open for almost 10 years, so you can't expect it to be up to current 5-star standards. However, it still has the essentials: a bathtub, a three-part bathroom (separate shower, toilet, and sink area), an electric bidet toilet, a pool, a gym, and an all-day dining restaurant. The only downside is that laundry service is extra, which isn't very convenient. Cleanliness: The bedding was mostly satisfactory, and I slept very comfortably. Ambiance: It's generally fine, but you can tell it's a bit dated. Breakfast: The selection is mostly pastries and desserts, with very few hot dishes. The hot soup and noodle station had decent seafood congee and very good Hou'an noodles. However, there was no Zhaopo vinegar in the morning, and the egg rolls were just so-so. The apricot jam was good, but the half-apricot syrup was quite mediocre. Other local specialties included Qionghai multigrain dishes. The Pandan flower buns were delicious and highly recommended. The pineapple buns weren't good. The Pandan coconut floss buns were also quite nice. Location: Pretty good. It faces Haikou Bay and is not far from Wanlu Garden, about a 7-8 minute walk. There's also MixC shopping mall and the Guomao business district nearby, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options.

Very clean hotel, good location right behind there’s a big mall. Friendly staff, washing machines free to use. Gym facilities only 2 cardio. Overall worth the price.

This is hands down one of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in, a definite five-star recommendation! Right as I arrived, staff members were quick to offer help with my luggage, and their service was exceptionally thoughtful. Check-in was super efficient, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room, mentioning it was a little surprise for a loyal customer. I instantly felt so touched. The room amenities were brand new, and the attention to detail was exceptional – USB charging ports by the bed, a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area, and even the toiletries had a pleasant, fresh scent. What truly stood out was the incredible soundproofing; even in a street-facing room, I couldn't hear any outside noise at night, ensuring a perfectly restful sleep. The hotel restaurant was equally impressive. For dinner, I ordered several local specialty dishes, which were all authentic and generously portioned. The staff even offered recommendations based on my preferences, and every dish was a winner – absolutely no disappointments! The location was also perfect, being just a ten-minute walk from the main attractions, which saved a lot of travel hassle. Overall, this stay was absolutely perfect. The service, ambiance, and location were all impeccable. I've already added this hotel to my 'go-to' list and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Facilities: The hotel boasts fully smart, voice-controlled amenities, including a smart toilet and smart curtains. The drinking cups were also quite distinctive. There's a self-service laundry room available for 10 RMB per wash and 10 RMB for drying. Cleanliness: The room was immaculately clean. Environment: The surroundings are pleasant, with plenty of dining options directly across the road. Its central location offers great convenience for visiting various attractions. Service: Service was acceptable. However, I didn't receive the rumored small gift upon check-out. Minibar Complimentary Items: The minibar offered one can of Coke, one can of Sprite, and two bottles of water. Missed Promotions: No one informed me about the 3888 RMB CDF Hainan duty-free shop voucher upon check-in. Also, the 30 RMB Gaode taxi subsidy for round-trip travel between the hotel and CDF Haikou International Duty-Free City was not mentioned at check-in.

I brought my parents here, and honestly, I hesitated for a long time before booking. I'd heard that the mall next to the hotel had closed down, making dining a bit inconvenient. However, the hotel has a Chinese restaurant, and we ate there twice, both times quite good. The room was also very comfortable. The weather in Haikou has been a bit gloomy and chilly lately, so I was pleasantly surprised to find they had heating. On our check-out day, our flight was delayed, and the front desk staff readily agreed to a late check-out. Overall, the service was quite good 👍

The room was visibly worn but you can see they still take great care in trying to maintain the cleanliness and functionality. Toiletries provided are of good quality and the tubs were clean too. Service from the front desk and housekeeping staff were top notch - they even called after we checked into the room, to see if we were satisfied with the room given! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and even offered to help us find where we could get local SIM cards and attractions to visit. I am super wowed by them. Breakfast spread was decent and had a nice variety of both western and oriental options. The restaurant provides children cutlery and baby chair upon request. Just remember to take note of the gate/entrance you are at when calling for a ride because there's a few different doors.

I took my parents to Haikou for a trip. After a long search for a hotel, I finally chose this one, and it was a real steal! 😘 The hotel is very new, the facilities and linens are spotless, and the room is spacious and comfortable. My parents were very satisfied and felt it was a great value. A special thank you to the front desk staff who checked me in and out. They were so friendly and helpful with any small requests. It really felt like home. If I come to Haikou again, I'll definitely stay here again.

My recent stay at the Real Madrid Holiday Hotel far exceeded my expectations. As a typical traveler, my top priorities are 'affordability' and a 'hassle-free experience,' and this hotel absolutely delivered on both. It boasts a convenient location with parking available for those driving. While the standard room wasn't overtly luxurious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the soundproofing was excellent, the pillows were perfectly supportive, the bed offered ideal firmness, and the air conditioning was very effective. If your goal is to 'spend smartly and live well,' this hotel should definitely be on your radar. During the off-season, the price is just over ¥200 per person per night, yet you enjoy a four-star experience: a prime location, worry-free dining and stay, and service without any major issues. This is truly getting the most for your money – a genuine value-for-money choice.
