AAnonymous UserI booked a sea-view king room at Qixi, but customer service automatically upgraded me to a one-bedroom apartment at Youjiaer. The room's main selling point is that although small, it's fully equipped, with a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and other amenities. Customer service is like a helpful assistant before check-in; once you check in, just wait for their replies! Regarding the stay experience, the details page says it opened in 2025, but the hotel seems to be quite old. Upon entering, instead of a refreshing sea breeze, there was a musty smell, and the bed sheets and wardrobe had a slight odor. After checking in, be sure to check the four-piece bedding set; you'll find a large handprint. I don't know if it was left by the previous guest or the cleaning lady. I messaged customer service, and they replied the next day, replacing it with a new one with black dots and a different pattern—very thoughtful. That bed was the hardest I've ever slept on, but as the old saying goes, a firm bed is good for your back, haha! However, I must say, you really can see the sea. The location isn't in a bustling area, and at night, it's really dark and you're practically blind when you get to the hotel. Other hotels have their advantages and disadvantages. If you want the same experience as me, try staying here. But I still advise that if you have enough budget, you can consider other hotels. If you really stay at this hotel, my personal suggestion is to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, bath towel, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, facial cleanser, disposable bedding, etc. Finally, I wish you a pleasant stay.
