The lady was very friendly and welcoming, recommending delicious local food for us to try. We booked two rooms, and she kindly upgraded them so we could stay on the same floor. They do request a deposit. The rooms were warm, but we suggest improving the air quality as the cigarette smoke smell was quite strong, which was challenging for us as we’re sensitive to smoke. Since we only stayed one night, it was bearable. We hope to return one day to this beautiful place.

We came to Hengdaohezi, which we had been looking forward to for a long time. We spent a long time choosing accommodation. Finally, we chose Xinya Hotel. We saw on Xiaohongshu that the hygiene was very good and the boss's service attitude was very good. In the end, we didn't step on thunder. We were not familiar with the route, and the boss carefully divided the route for us and the places we needed to pay attention to. The next day, we also played water splashing into ice, and the boss also told us the best location, haha. In short, it was a very pleasant stay experience. It was not wrong to choose Xinya Hotel. Recommended!

The location is very convenient. There is an old street right outside the door, and there are food nearby. Beware. This apartment is newly renovated and has a strong smell of newly renovated. I'm worried about formaldehyde. I felt dizzy and uncomfortable after staying there for one night. When I slept on the bed against the wall, white dust fell off as soon as I rubbed against the wall. My clothes turned white as soon as I rubbed against it. I was speechless. I saw the good reviews online but didn't expect it to be so deceiving. I arrived at around 2 pm and they were still mopping the floor. When I came in, I saw that the room was very compact. It was said to be a room for four people. I squeezed at the door and waited for the store owner to leave. When I stepped on the wet floor, there were black footprints all over. After entering, several suitcases could not be unfolded. Four people could not turn around at the door. The room was short and crowded. It was winter itself. There were so many clothes and luggage that they couldn't fit in. It's really hard to take photos, but if you come in, you can feel the crowds and oppression. The door was leaking and frosted, it was very cold, the heater in the room was not warm at all, and I turned on a warm light, but it was very uncomfortable because the room was small. The toilet also had a foul smell of sewer backflow. Hengdaohezi is a small town, and you have enough time to go around in a day and go back without accommodation. I really regretted staying here for a night. I was not satisfied with everything. There were cockroaches in the room. I have stayed in several hotels all the way from Harbin in the past few days, and this is the worst one!

After all, in a small town, it is clean and tidy with new facilities. This one is OK. It is located on the roadside in the center of the town. I stayed for two nights. The locals in Hengdaohezi are simple and kind. Mr. Wang, who picked me up at the station, and the owner of the B&B helped me call a car. I used the car 3 times and had a good impression.

The hotel is in a great location. It is very close to Hengdaohezi Station via a tunnel. If you are not in a hurry, you can walk to all the attractions in the town. I booked a twin room. Both beds were large and the bathroom was spacious. Although it was a water heater, the water temperature was hot enough and there was a bathroom heater. It was freezing outside during the day, so it was important to take a comfortable hot bath when you come back! The service was enthusiastic and proactive. You can communicate on WeChat if you need anything. They also helped to carry the large suitcase up (down) the stairs. I recommend staying here!

The surrounding hillside attractions can basically be reached by walking. There are many snowmen in the yard, and the facilities are complete. The hot water is very comfortable, and there is floor heating. Next to it is a street with barbecue restaurants, and some convenience stores. Hygiene: It is very clean, with disposable toilet mats, and the bed sheets and quilt covers are said to be changed by the boss lady herself, which is very reassuring. Environment: The environment is good and very clean Service: We arrived at around 9 o'clock. After arriving, we wanted to store it. The boss lady enthusiastically opened the door to pick us up, and helped us look after our luggage. She also enthusiastically guided us on how to get a taxi and told us the process here. Anyway, you will be moved by her enthusiasm. At night, there is a handsome guy who will chat with us when he goes out and comes in. It was never cold to take a shower! The location was very good, with a series of restaurants at the door. Turn left and go to Aishang Malatang, and the Huofeng pastry next door was delicious! After crossing the bridge hole, you will find the Hengdaohezi Railway Station check-in point, as well as the Oil Painting Village and the Banshanpo check-in point, which are all just a few minutes' walk away.
