Yurong West Lake Bieyuan Holiday Hotel Reviews

Housekeeping offered a poor service and very late. There was no air heating. We needed to ask for a warm machine to keep up with the cold. Breakfast was very, very bad, and there were almost no choices at all. We had to buy our own breakfast.

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great when we went, it wouldn’t stop raining. The area around the hotel is very beautiful. The room was standard no problem’s. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t very good there were max 4 options and no coffee was available.

I come to West Lake to rest for a few days every year. I like the environment of Maojiabu. Living in Yurong West Lake is convenient and feels like home.

The hotel is nice and in a great location. Go out, turn left, Maojiabu Scenic Area; turn right, the bus station; cross the road, there are many restaurants.

Excellent hotel by the West Lake. Xiaoyu at the front desk was very welcoming.

The room is comfortable, the environment is comfortable, and the service is pleasant. I would like to give special praise to Xiaoyu, the little girl is beautiful and has a sweet smile. It is just a few steps away from the Maojiabu Scenic Area, and is also close to the West Lake and Lingyin Temple. I will stay here again next time I come.

Located deep in the West Lake, Maojiawu and Guozhuang Scenic Area are just outside the door, surrounded by lakes, forests, and hills. The room was small, and the sound of cars passing by on the first floor and the barking of dogs ruined the peaceful morning. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Next time I will book a more expensive room upstairs.

I rarely stayed in B&Bs before, mostly in hotels. I chose B&Bs for this trip. It was convenient and very comfortable. There were many restaurants across the street, full of tea gardens, and behind it was the West Lake with a boat dock. It disappears after 3:30, and the scenery is really nice. I feel a little reluctant to go back to work, hahahaha

I brought my parents and kids with me and booked 2 rooms. Parking was convenient and I could walk to the cruise ship terminal. Overall, the location was good, the environment was very good, and the stay was quite comfortable. The only problem was that the air conditioner in one room was right outside the window, which caused quite a lot of noise.

A hotel where you can enjoy the Jiangnan style without much budget. The room facilities are complete. The breakfast is simple and acceptable. There are many restaurants nearby for dinner depending on the budget. The transportation is accessible by bus. It is located in Maojiabu by the West Lake. You can take a leisurely stroll by the West Lake in the morning and evening.

Wuwuwuwuwu. The environment of this store is really good. On the last day, I was delayed at the tourist attractions. I called and asked if I could postpone my check-out for an hour. The store manager reassured me that I don’t have to worry. Please take your time. Take your time, don't rush, be emotionally stable and tolerant. Where can I find such a good store? The air is always fresh, there are no bugs, and the hygiene is very clean. The floor heating is always on and I don't feel the cold. Then I didn’t catch a cold. I came and left in good health. Your little sister is super, super nice.
