Lovely place to stay. My family and I are very happy with the place. It exudes a homely and welcoming effect. Rooms are clean. Location is also near to West Lake. The garden is nice for children (and even adults) to chill and relax.

很喜歡虎跑區域的環境，這次帶爸媽來杭州玩，特地選了這家環境很不錯的民宿呢！入住前店家會電話來溝通是否有停車需求，併發來交通訊息，好貼心~ 這次住在一樓的“聽雨”，很整潔滿意呢，有民宿特製的旅行攻略，還有洗衣液提供，太暖心啦！早餐也很豐富喲~ 退房後還有禮物收，真是太太太好啦！以後還會來住，性價比很高，特別適合家庭遊~

他家在杭州小童樂園旁，近杭州動物園。公交出行和出租車出行比較方便。因節假日限行，不建議打網約車。店家提前加的微信，提供出行路線和乘車指引，也在住宿外出遊玩時支招遊玩路線和餐飲商家推薦，為旅客出行提供參考建議。主題房間佈置新穎乾淨。房間配置抽濕機，隨時抽濕還可順帶吹乾內衣和襪子。洗漱室乾濕分離，有智能馬桶，浴缸備有一次性浴缸套。走累了問店家要了鹽和姜泡了個澡，乾淨舒心。店家會提供龍井茶葉和“虎跑泉水”給我們泡茶（也有農夫山泉提供選擇），泉水管夠。每天的早餐都安排得妥當。包子，鹹菜和水果都有不同。白粥和豆漿標配。還有一個燒餅是自家做的，熱乎乎地吃，香。公共區域的設計特別用心，高低錯落，小池游魚，香花掩映，雨景與日照都有不一樣的感覺。這家店近西湖的蘇堤雷峯塔。我選擇了騎行遊湖（西湖有些位置不許騎行，要注意騎行路線）騎騎停停看看坐坐，悠哉悠哉。晚上餓了，小哥還把自己的方便碗麪送了給我，真不好意思！離店時，店家還送了一道龍井茶為手辦禮，感謝店家的服務。此店住宿費小貴，但本人覺得還是物有所值，各位看官按需選擇吧。

酒店有個很精緻的小花園，喝茶聊天很愜意。房間也很乾凈，用的一次性物品質量很不錯，訂的套房上下層，就是下層感覺有點不通風。老闆娘很暖心，專門定製的地圖把適合遊玩的景點一一介紹，臨走還送了龍井茶。

民宿距主路很近，可免費停車，方便自駕。由民房改建而成，很大的院子作為公共場所，散落着休閑桌椅，設計了花草燈光，以供遊客休息聊天。客房有很多風格，老闆很豪爽，免費升級了觀景房，推窗見山，憑欄賞月，很有情調。朕心大悦，遂續訂一天，正逢下雨，便不去遊覽，於陽台聽雨品茗，靜坐遐思，也是一種久違的快樂。民宿下面轉彎有一家新望園餐廳，188雙人套餐實惠，黑醋白玉冬瓜盅和太婆魚頭很贊，建議品嚐！

愉快的入住體驗。
服務非常好。入住和離開小哥都會幫忙拿行李。
我們參加20km毅行結束，本來擔心回程路上會變臭。回來取寄存的行李時，老闆娘熱心提供洗漱的房間，特別感謝。
房間佈置的很温馨，也挺寬敞。
花園很漂亮，早起坐了一會兒很舒服。
地理位置也很好，距離西湖，滿桂瓏都不遠。
下次來杭州還會入住。

優點：周邊的環境真的很好，民宿小院內的環境也很好，房間很大，設施不錯。老闆一家服務態度也很好。酒店負責免費停車，在路邊有不多的停車位，好像都被附近的民宿佔了，如果開車的話，可以讓老闆給找個免費停車位，這個免費停車在杭州很好。從民宿去西湖蘇堤不到2公里，都是下坡，走路也就是半個小時。
缺點：攜程下單之前，我打電話給酒店問停車位和電梯（長者腿腳不方便）的事，酒店説能免費停車，沒有電梯，入住的時候一樓二樓隨機分配房間。在高速上，有一個電話我沒有接，後來入住時才知道是酒店打的。我們到達入住的時候，才被告知二樓訂滿了，需要住三樓（好像我定的房間類型衹有二樓和三樓），讓我捱了老爸一頓吵。沒有講清楚溝通好，要是打分的話這個得扣0.1分，給民宿剩4.9分。不過老闆一家態度真的很好，周邊環境也真的很好。
