The CitiGO Hotel is well located, only a short distance from the West Lake and the city centre. Therefore, choices of food are plenty. Transportation to tourist attractions is very convenient. The hotel staff are also very helpful, especially the young lady Shylock who helped us to arrange a quiet room. Will definitely stay at CitiGO again.

This economical hotel was, for the most part, really great. The room was definitely cosy but the set up was great. Unfortunately my room had a number of issues with the central automated console (curtains, lights, etc) but the other room was fine. One thing to make sure of - show your driver the FULL street address as it can be easy to miss the hotel.

Very recommended! The worker accidentally took my friend’s towel and when we called the receptionist they was trying so hard to look for it. And when they found it they gave us 2 cups as an apology 😆

First, the hotel is located just about 15 mins walk from the West Lake. It is clean, modern and the staff are friendly. We would like to nudge the front desk staff named Sky (as written on the her name tag) for being super helpful and quick. We even received complimentary breakfast! The breakfast itself comes in wide selection of choices and they are all scrumptious. We couldn't have enough of the fresh soy milk! If ever we have a chance to visit Hangzhou again, we will surely be back again to this hotel.

Slightly disappointing stay. Honestly, the room needs a deep clean, a surface level clean is not enough. It was rather dirty, around the floor and the bathroom. The wall had stains on them and the room was smaller than expected. Could just about open one suitcase in there. Disappointed as the one I stayed at in Shanghai was superior to this. Check out is at 12:00. I had two staff members knocking on my door to usher me out at 11:50 while I was already on my way out. Unfortunately will not stay again.

Lovely stay, as always, for the Citigo chain. Hotel location is close to Kerry Center and a short drive from West Lake. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Our room was located very close to the street and there was a lot of traffic noise. We were able to use the ear outside provided. Our room did not have the black out curtins that some Citigo locations have. But otherwise, the room layout was nice and the hotel was just as expected. We always choose to stay with Citigo, regardless of what city in China we visit!

The staff at the front desk was very very helpful and very kind. They also offered me upgrade and also offered me free breakfast. That was really a very good gesture and a very positive gesture from the side of hotel.

Disappointed with the hotel location compared with Citigo in Suzhou (the nearest metro is quite far from the hotel). Room very small but clean. Luckily the staffs are very helpful (especially on the laundry) and hotel breakfast is good. Overall i am happy staying in this hotel 😉

The room is quite small and smell not too good. Firstly, I got the room with fake windows which is I considered as it’s should be ‘no-windows room’ and smell not really good. I ask the hotel staff to change the room due to I feel not good while stay in that room. Finally, I got the room with ‘real windows’ and stay peacefully in the room.

Very small room. No wardrobe but hang yr clothes behind the door. Wash basin is inside the room. Overall is clean. For just a sleepover is ok. Breakfast is good.
