It's just 8 subway stops to Hangzhou East Railway Station, truly incredibly convenient for getting around. Ambiance: Our 26th-floor room provided expansive and comfortable views, free from the typical noise of lower floors. Rooms with windows even offer a partial view of West Lake. Service: The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. Cleanliness: The room was immaculately clean and tidy. Facilities: Modern facilities include smart voice-controlled curtains, TV, and air conditioning. The shower had excellent water pressure, and there's a washing machine available. Drawbacks: On the downside, breakfast isn't provided, and there aren't many dining establishments in the immediate vicinity. While the smart features are quite comprehensive, the only thing missing is a smart toilet. Overall: As a first-time visitor to Hangzhou, I initially booked one night but was so impressed that I immediately extended my stay.

For a hotel in such a bustling downtown area at this price point, the value for money is truly exceptional. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. After I made my reservation, they even called to let me know the hotel doesn't have its own parking. This kind of attention to detail was really appreciated. There's a laundry room in the common areas, and a subway exit is right outside the hotel to the right. Even though I didn't use the subway myself, it's clear the transportation links are excellent. Being in the city center, getting around by taxi is also super cheap – most rides only cost a little over 10 RMB.
