Willington Lodge

What an absolute gem of a country farm house. Pam (owner /host) met us with a friendly warm welcome, the kettle being boiled and two home made baked cakes was just beautiful. Everything was so perfect down to the little touches, of fresh flowers, log fires built and ready to go. It was a surprise 70th birthday for my mum, and we could not have wished for anything better or more perfect than this beautiful home that had been built with so much love. It was just stunning. I left this home after a weekend with so many amazing memories, and my heart so full, for sure, Pam will see us all back.

Willington Lodge was a beautiful house. Pam, our hostess, was super warm and welcoming. It was a perfect location for our family gathering. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. Looking forward to returning sometime in the near future.

Had the most beautiful stay at Willington Lodge… Pam is amazing and every room in the house the has the wow factor, the house is just perfect in every way.. we did not want to leave.. beautiful location.. honestly blown away by the place.. And home made cakes in arrival.. it was perfection in every way

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful home. Every room is stunning with every detail thought of. The grounds are immaculate and we were fortunate to have lovely weather so used the outside as much as the inside. Would 100% recommend and hope to return.

We had a family gathering for a wedding nearby, our guests travelled from Ireland ,Netherlands and the USA . All agreed that Willington Lodge ticked all the boxes, every little detail was thought of- from bathrobes to broomsticks! . Both Amelia and Pam were extremely helpful from our first encounter and throughout our stay . We would highly recommend this beautiful house!

Worst campsite I’ve ever stayed on nothing for dogs and kids plus very very strict on noise I would avoid if you want to go with family, more for couples on their own only really, definitely not for larger groups plus quite close to other people not much space

We have not long got back stayed in a family group kids ranging from 7-15 very disappointed in our stay as soon as 10pm comes owners are walking around the site drunk asking everyone to be quiet we wasn't loud mentioned a tent that was very loud to be told they are regulars it's fine not too worry, then on our last night my daughter got approached by both owners both very drunk at 10.30pm on her way to the toilet and got told to get to bed she shouldn't be out and she is the girl from a campercan making a lot of noise (we was in a tent it wasn't us) this was really inappropriate as she was scared she didn't know who they was , the electric went out for hours randomly, it was a very clean site but in my opinion it's not families at all would not recommend

Sites lovely, toilets/showers lovely and clean, owners are lovely during the day, but came over during the the night time at 10:30 clearly drunk told us they’ve had complaints from Another family who are “regulars” and that we need to Be quiet Because we are upsetting them and being loud, this family have got a projector screen steaming football and golf lighting the campsite up and being loud themselves but beacause they’re regulars it’s ok 😂 a shame really

An amazing house - a great place to stay with family. It’s luxurious especially the bedrooms. Pam and Amelia are extremely helpful nothing is too much trouble We will definitely be back at some point
