We’ve moved to this hotel right before our trip to Ha Giang .
Previous hotel was so bad and we chose Minasi in last minute but stuff were very helpful and help us a lot .
We will back soon

The staff are so kind and helpful, the breakfast was good :) but the room was too dark (the less expensive rooms) and little bit far from the center for us 🙏🏼

Everyone I interacted with was great including Emma , Emily , Hellen , Layla, ( and I think his name was Mark but I don't remember )
Lots of nice coffee shops and bakeries nearby and a relatively short / pleasant walk to old town and other areas of interest without being on top of them

Нормальный отель, чтобы переночевать. Старенький, реставрации не было, хотя на Trip.com указано, что недавно была. Медленный лифт, который приходится ждать по несколько минут. Всего один на отель.
Персонал очень плохо говорит на-английском. Постель неудобная.
Из плюсов: очень милые ребята работают на завтраке. Выбор маленький. Из европейского только яичница, но они очень стараются и в отличие от персонала в лобби говорят на английском))
