I booked the hotel only because of the positive reviews. You couldn't have thought of anything worse! Just the nightmarish staff and watching the communication with other guests, they are not interested in guests at all! Everything was terrible starting from the check-in, without a smile and greeting, for my prepaid reservation they asked for payment I show how much their room costs. Dirty carpets in the hotel corridor, you can clean or replace, the view is just unpleasant. At first glance, the room was fine, until it opened the blanket on the bed, everything was in someone else's 😖 hair. In the morning, the cleaners in the corridor talk loudly to each other, you can hear everything, it's impossible to sleep. Terrible impression.

The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff Nhung was very helpful. We had some devious hibiscus drink for free. Will highly recommend!

Room is good but there were cockroaches. Saw them when I came back to the room at night. Also heard what sounded like a rodent crawling in the ceiling.

I don't recommend it! Unfriendly staff, no one was on the spot when they arrived from the hotel. We couldn't find the reservation, then they asked to pay, but the reservation was paid at the time of booking. After showing the receipt, they gave the keys silently and no information. The staff doesn't know English. You can hear the road and trains in the room, it's very noisy. There was black hair all over the room, the bed looked like they had already slept on it. I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews.

Location is fantastic. But we booked room with breakfast and breakfast is very bad. There is just pho soup and 2 kind of fruits that is all buffet breakfast.
