Good location, walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, St Joseph Cathedral and night market. Met the legendary owner of Bu Banh Mi, Mr Bu himself. His beard resembles the founder of the country. Great Banh Mi and very very affordable

Service was excellent and the massage was to die for! Location was great with many things within walking distance. Cleanliness was good - they don’t mention this during check-in but due to sustainability goals they don’t change sheets or towels unless you ask them to so just be wary of that.

The hotel was good and we felt like home. The staff was really courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend it. Best hotel to stay in old quarter.

Booked this hotel based on the review of other travelers. We stayed 2 nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful, when we checked in the staff member provided us the map of the city giving us some tips, the breakfast has several choices and is more than satisfactory. About the room I think it would need some kind of renovation: walls and doors especially. Unfortunately when I booked I didn’t realize that I booked a room with no view which means that basically you don’t have natural light entering. Overall a nice stay considering that the hotel is in a good location.

We enjoyed our 1N stay in Emerald Waters thoroughly. It’s a pity we could not get another night with the same hotel after our Halong Bay tour as it was fully booked. The receptionist, Claire was very friendly and helpful upon our checked in.
We stayed at the Family Room with city view. So the room and bathroom was spacious and clean.
Location was perfect as it is just 5 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and we don’t find our outside surrounding to be noisy during the night time too.
Will recommend tourists to book their stay here. Will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Hanoi in future.
