The hotel was okay. There is no elevator at the accommodation and you need to bring your luggage through narrow staircase. Luckily they helped me to bring up the luggage. The room was okay and there is no heater in the room.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise from outside, but it's very close to the old Cartier Which is very understandable

Hotel was located near Old Quarter itself very convenient to walk around the streets. Many food options around it.

Worse experience ever, the room is very small to live-in and need to clean alot. Even got rash on skins. We checked out before the last day. However the guy at reception is quite helpful.

Great location in the old quarter. Quick and easy check-in Place has no elevator, so be prepared to walk up the stairs to your room. Staff helped us bring bag up to room which was nice. Air con in room was amazing!

There is a big difference between the photos online and the actual appearance of the reception and the room. The hotel is old, the rooms are not well maintained, and everything feels quite shabby. The stay wasn't pleasant. That said, the room is equipped with what you need, and it's possible to spend a night there.

Solo traveller is ok but was expecting something. More clean , the towels are not changed daily which is a problem is a humid Hanoï , the reception doesn't work 24/7 you'll have to wake up the receptionist if you want to go out before 7 ( depends on the receptionist) I had to shout to wake him up . The locatio. Is amazing in old hanoi perfect for shopping and a vibrant night life

Blacked out more than thrice doing my stay . Would not expect much for the price i paid .

It occurred three times within the span of one hour, and each interruption lasted only 3–5 minutes. The hotel rating appears very, very flawed. This is a 2 star at best. We had to move to alternative accommodation due to the air-conditioning not working the shower was not clean, the rooms didn't feel secure. If I was travelling alone I would have been ok but no good for families. The staff however were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Be aware that late returns can be problematic as they shut the roller door and it took us a long time to contact the right person because they disconnected the doorbell to let us in.
