Excellent services provided by the hotel staff. Andy and his team were friendly and helpful in giving recommendations. Common area, laundry, gym and rooms were clean and well-maintained. Hotel was close to roof top cafe, local food places, bakery and supermarkets. Was easy to get grab services to old quarters. Will recommend hotel to travellers to Hanoi.

Facilities: Very complete and quite new. Hygiene: Very clean, towels are changed every day. Environment: Very good, quite close to the city, with a large supermarket and BIDV bank opposite. Service: The staff is very enthusiastic and the explanation is very detailed.

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff is friendly and quick to assist. The room is clean, the shower area is clean, the facilities are basic but can be upgraded. Suitable for business travelers, I will definitely come back next time.

Great place, everything is new and clean. It can be a bit difficult to find it from the first attempt, but service is great and they help you with detailed description and even videos. Apartments are located in 10-15 minutes from the old quarter (walk + bus) and in 30 minutes from the airport (taxi). + There are many places to eat/drink nearby so you can easily find something for yourself almost right downstairs. Definitely will come back again.

I stayed here for one night because I was going to Bat Trang Pottery Village. From Gia Lam Station, I headed south, passing the Aeon Mall in Long Bien on the way. The surrounding area was a quiet residential area, one block away from the main road. The first floor in Japan is the ground floor, and the room on the top floor had a great view. The plugs are A-type and C-type, so you can use them in Japanese outlets as long as they are voltage-clean. I thought the cleanliness was good even for the average Japanese. Amenities included a toothbrush set, disposable comb, cotton swabs, shower cap, etc. - there was also a glass cup, refrigerator, electric kettle and ashtray. There were two pairs of sandals in the room. The firmness of the bed is standard in Vietnam, but it seems a bit hard in Japan. There are several noodle shops in the area. I have not confirmed the convenience stores, sorry.

The room rate increased tenfold during the National Day holiday. Since I couldn't book a room in the city, I chose this place. The room is very big. Although it is a bit far from the city, it's not bad. A Grab taxi is only about 20 RMB (6-7km). Food: There is a restaurant next door. There are basically no tourists. It's full of locals. It's satisfying to have a simple noodle dish. The price is also cheap.
