• Excellent location: The hotel is in the heart of the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the mall, making it extremely convenient for both popular attractions and shopping. • Attentive service: The staff was incredibly welcoming, and check-in was not only fast but also very considerate. They even took care of my package delivery because I was in a hurry to leave and forgot to send it. • Comfortable room: The room was warm and clean, and the bed had the perfect firmness, allowing me, a person who prefers to sleep on my bed, to have a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was also excellent, with no noise at all during the night. The building is very safe.

A very cozy hotel, exceeding expectations. A cozy courtyard with a coffee shop and a pool. The room was clean, beautiful, and perfect! It had everything I needed, and my stay was incredibly comfortable. They answered all my questions and helped me navigate the area.

Very good service very clean. The beds are very  Comfortable and an overall wonderful experience. We stayed for five days and the breakfast buffet offered different things each day, which was amazing

Location was fantastic. Very convenient as there was a mall and supermarket on the lower floors and Starbucks on the ground floor. The room was clean and came with washing machine and detergent which saves time trying to search around for a laundromat. Suitable for families with kids.

Very nice location, 10-15 minutes walk from subway station. Useful for both business and leisure travel. Check in is also very quick.👍Host Doris is so kind and friendly. We like to go shopping at the shopping mall, cafe and restaurant right under the building. The night view from the room was amazing!🤩

Stayed with my mum and aunt — they really enjoyed shopping for fresh ingredients at the nearby morning market and cooking in the apartment. The place is well equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, making it very convenient for longer stays. Customer service was helpful and responsive. Since this is an apartment-type accommodation, it’s important to contact the host in advance to arrange check-in.

I like very much, They are very kindly and friendly. This residence was clean and standard level so high. Now, I stay 3rd times. Swimming pool also very clean, Breakfast also very delicious, facilities are very clean and nice and useful.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has excellent facilities including a well-equipped gym, a huge rooftop pool and pickle ball- a great way to escape the rainy season. We loved it so much that we plan to stay again when we come back to Hanoi. Everything was perfect!
