The hotel is basically new, everything is beautifully clean, the rooms even though are the basic are really spacious and with all the amenities , the breakfast is decent with local food, the terrace is a nice place to hang out and relax, the people in the front desk are really nice and able to help you always, great option to stay in Hanoi

Stayed for three nights, great location right at the edge of the old town. Alot of major attractions are in walkable distance. Super friendly and helpful staff, can't praise them enough. You can book tours to other destinantions (Halong Bay / Ninh Binh) through the hotel, the bus will pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel. The hotel can also arrange Taxis from/to the airport for a fair price. The room itself was just as advertised, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and bouncy pillows. Lots of amenities included. Loved the breakfast options, a wide variety of different cold and warm dishes and fresh fruits, you can also order Omlettes and really tasty Pho. Reall enjoyed my stay, mostly thanks to the amazing staff who care about details and are so helpful. Would have loved to stay longer, will definetly stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi. 10/10 would recommend!

Nice boutique hotel located in central Hanoi , hotel location is between the old quarter and the west lake. Very good location to discover Hanoi. Most of hotel rooms don’t have natural light as windows give on a close wall. Pool is not a real one and gym is quite basic. Good base for tourism in Hanoi. For facilities / business purpose not the best hotel.

The hotel is in a quieter area of Hanoi but surrounded by shops, coffee shops, supermarkets & food outlets. The hotel has only been open a few months so all new & modern. The Breakfast offers vietnamese cuisine as well as western food. Excellent. The staff in all departments are excellent. We will return to the hotel. Thabkyou .

5 Suites Lilas was an amazing hotel to stay in. The staff, breakfast, and service were beyond what I expected. The location was also great! Whether I turned right, left, or crossed the street, there was something fun to do nearby. The view from the 12th floor was awesome!

To Le Jardin Hotel Haute: Staying at your hotel was hands down the best decision I made during my trip to Hanoi, Vietnam!!! After returning to China, I sincerely wanted to write this glowing review, or rather, express my deep gratitude to Alice, one of your hotel staff members! Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, Alice truly stands out as the first person who made me feel so genuinely touched and cared for. Firstly, upon our arrival at the hotel, Alice greeted us warmly and enthusiastically. She provided a detailed explanation of the hotel's amenities and services in fluent English. Then, she thoughtfully introduced us to Hanoi's famous attractions and local delicacies, even meticulously circling and annotating them on the paper map she provided. As a foreign tourist, I was truly amazed by her attentiveness and professionalism! However, her excellent service alone wouldn't have prompted such a high commendation from me. We encountered a minor issue during one of our taxi rides. Due to restricted traffic zones near the night market, we couldn't hail a Grab taxi. Spotting a taxi by the roadside, we confirmed with the male driver that he'd use the meter and felt reassured enough to get in. However, upon arriving at the hotel, we realized the fare was clearly incorrect. I refused to pay, but we had a language barrier. At this point, I went to the hotel's front desk for help. Once Alice understood the situation, she immediately stepped in to help me, arguing with the driver on my behalf, even having a heated debate. Ultimately, Alice, with her quick thinking and resourcefulness, resolved my predicament. Alice told me, 'We are both women, and we should help each other.' My heart was incredibly touched when I heard that. Here was a young woman, unafraid to confront a difficult situation, bravely assisting another foreign female traveler. I believe this epitomizes the pure solidarity and friendship among women. For the next two days, Alice continued to check in on my friend's and my travel plans. Her care made the hotel feel as warm and welcoming as a home. Putting aside the small incident, Hanoi, in my opinion, is actually quite a safe and comfortable city. My friend and I enjoyed specialty coffee, Vietnamese pho, Vietnamese hotpot, and massages here! Over those four days, I gradually came to appreciate the city's charm and experience the unique flair of Southeast Asia. Finally, I want to thank Alice once again. I truly hope that wherever you are, you remain safe, happy, and free from worries always! (P.S. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Alice! ❤️)

We had an amazing stay at Wilque! The room was spotless, they also have a shared kitchen that is very helpful if you opt to prep your own food, there was was also a laundry area so you don't need to spend paying for extra outside, and a modern minimalist common sitting area. The receptionists were great and accomodating. Big shout out to Ms Ly for giving as a special card with our family photo at the lobby. Overall it was a great expereince and highly recommended for other travellers!

Loved this apartment hotel, it was like my home away from home. The receptionists were so kind and friendly. I would definitely book this place again.

REY Hotel is an impressive place to stay, surrounded by lush greenery and nature, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The decor is beautiful and warm. The front desk staff are friendly, provide excellent service, and speak English fluently. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the bed is so soft and comfortable that you might not want to get up. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of both local and international options. The hotel provides its own parking area, which makes loading luggage stress-free. The location is excellent, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. Since it's close to government offices, the area is quite peaceful, making it a perfect spot for a truly restful stay.
