Great location at the edge of the town, around twenty minutes of straight walk to the Hoam Kiam lake and other attractions. As you walk along the streets lots to see, shop and eat. The hotel is super clean and housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast is simple and the staff very friendly. Mia, at the front desk is superb, she helped me to book tours to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh at very short notice with pretty good rates. The bus will pick-up outside the hotel, but when you return they will drop you nearby. Mia also makes sure everything in order during the stay and very helpful. Highly recommended, it like a 4 star hotel with all amenities.

A very comfortable and affordable hostel near the old quarter and the train street. Very helpful and friendly staff. They provide towel, sleepers and locker keys with a refundable deposit. Make sure to take your own shampoo and soap.

Sapa Hotel was the best among the three hotels we stayed at during our 6-night trip to Vietnam. The reception team (two ladies and one gentleman) were incredibly warm and treated us like family. They asked about our plans and even gave great local advice. One rainy night, when all the hotel umbrellas were in use, one of the staff kindly lent us her personal umbrella — such a thoughtful gesture! We also tried their breakfast for two days, and the spread was excellent — a good mix of carbs, fruits, and meats. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Sapa Lake, Sapa Station, the Stone Church, and VietTrekking Café. There are also many restaurants nearby with various price ranges. The rooftop view is beautiful too. Highly recommended!

My stay at this apartment was fantastic. Everything was new and clean. The balcony offered a lively street view, making it a very pleasant place to sit in the evenings. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided prompt service. I will definitely stay here again!

Not only was the place an extravagant paradise with marvellous hospitality and a spacious and luxurious room to awe at, but the surrounding areas of endless alleys filled to the brim with small cafés and shops made access to necessities easy and reliable. My family and I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights 4days, the room was cleaned but in the shower room, water was slowly released from the drain. And also the location is good cause the hotel is at town center. They are friendly and kind .

Excellent apartments/hotel rooms with everything you need. Our room was one with a fitted kitchen which we didn’t use but definitely useful for people staying a little longer. Bathroom was good quality with good water pressure and very hot water when needed. The washing machine in every room thing is super useful if you need to catch up with a few bits, or like us have a flight to Australia and need to ensure everything is clean for bio-security checks. The outside area with the washing machine and clothes hanger for drying also has the invertor fan for the AC meaning it gets super hot out there and clothes dry in just an hour or two. Reception staff spoke excellent English and were very professional and helpful, even gave us an extended check out to help us get stuff packed. The area is a very cool area of old Hanoi with plenty of shops and restaurants filling the streets surrounding, providing an authentic feel for what I would say is still a quiet area of Hanoi to retreat to.

Facilities: Facilities are rather basic; the air conditioning is very difficult to use. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is decent; it's fairly clean. Environment: Good location; overall environment is acceptable. Service: Not much service. It's a decent hotel; it's relatively new and spacious.

Staff very friendly. Managed to get early checkin . Room nice. Not exactly inside old quarter but very walkable distance so still good. Room itself is clean and recommended to stay
