My husband and I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days in Hanoi during the Tet holiday, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience at this hotel. One aspect that truly stood out to us was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Upon our arrival, Mr. Hieu Ha warmly greeted us, confirmed our booking, and personally escorted us to our room. Throughout our stay, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were comfortable and satisfied. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for our well-being left a lasting impression on us.
Additionally, we had the opportunity to indulge in a spa session at their sister hotel, conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk away. Despite the closure of many establishments during the Tet holiday, we were in desperate need of some rejuvenation for our weary bodies. Thankfully, the sole receptionist on duty, Ms. Ngoc Pham was attentive and responsive, she skillfully managed to arrange an on-the-day booking for us and tirelessly catered to the needs of various guests.
The breakfast buffet offered by the hotel was equally impressive. In addition to the sumptuous spread of food available at the counter (not a lot but good enough), guests also had the option to order made-to-order chicken or beef pho, as well as eggs cooked to their preference. We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible flavors of the pho; it surpassed our expectations in every way.
The only minor drawback we encountered during our stay was the soundproofing of the rooms. Regrettably, it was not entirely effective in muffling the conversations and occasional coughs from neighboring guests, as well as the sound of doors closing.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was exceptional. While the spa experience may not have been the absolute best we had during our trip, the attentive and friendly staff made us feel genuinely valued and ensured that our every need was met.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at Classyc Hotel! Best thing was all the staff - everyone was so friendly, helpful and smiling all the time! We were welcomed with drinks and snacks on our arrival, got brought up to our room, and every time we go out and come back, they will open the door for us and greet us! Room was comfortable with everything we need - the only thing I would change is having slippers instead of thongs, but that's our preference only. Breakfast was amazing, it had great selection of choices including local food and coffee, all the staff again were so attentive and friendly! On departure we were gifted with a cute Vietnam souvenir which was a lovely touch! Thank you to all the staff members during our stay, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi!

AAngie WestAll of the staff at checkin were very friendly & helpful in making sure check in was a smooth process, after providing copy of reservation & passports to confirm booking a welcome drink was provided. Ms Kate was super efficient & friendly & escorted us to the room to show us all the amenities & gadgets.
Bell boys carried our bags into & out of the hotel. There had been a water outage impacting the city earlier but we were ok in the hotel & didn’t experience any impact from it. We stayed in room 601, it was massive with a king bed & leather 2 seater lounge, a small (standing only) balcony & seperate bathroom which had a bath, shower x 2 options & toilet, the water strength was good. No English language channels on the TV but does have Netflix etc. As non smokers we did experience an issue with the main AC unit with the smell of cigarettes notable when turned on. There is a second smaller unit which managed well to keep room cool & we didn’t end up using it again. We advised reception & maintenance promptly came & cleaned the filters. Turned out last guests had been smoking in the room. We stuffed up the safe combination & a quick call to reception & someone was up in no time to fix it. On level 6 street noise was not an issue. Drinks in the fridge were not cold, but switching the plug into another power point proved a winner & drinks were cold. We let reception know. Small issues in the scheme of things. Rooms go to level 10 & then stairs to level 11 & 12 where the gym, pool, restaurant & rooftop bar are located. Staff are very friendly throughout the hotel. Our room was cleaned & replenished daily. We had a couple of drinks in the rooftop bar, the views are great & beers were cold& service was good. Breakfast is on level 12 & has a wide array of western & Asian food options & plenty of seating, staff are very friendly & they clean up tables promptly. The food was fresh & plentiful with lots of hot & cold options. There is a plunge pool & has 4 pool loungers & a further lounge area upstairs. It’s not a large space but given the hotels location in the old quarter, it’s lucky to have a pool. Had Swedish massages in the on site day spa, which is located in the basement, amenities are clean & staff on point with their massage techniques.
Settling of our account & check out by Mr Rachel was prompt & a small gift provided to us. Overall, we enjoyed our time in this hotel, highlights are very efficient & friendly service throughout, room size, proximity to tourist areas & hotel amenities.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the old quarter. The on duty manager was friendly & keen to know about our experience. The hotel has only been open 4 months, but you couldn’t tell, the kindness of staff is what makes this hotel standout, it’s definitely worth staying at.

GGuest UserRecently I spent 3 nights in Sapa and before returning to Singapore, spent a night in Hanoi at the La Siesta Boutique Hotel. The experience was a great one.
When we checked in, Ms Huyen Anh attended to us. She was conversant in both English and Chinese and took our questions patiently and answered them well. I feel she is a gem to the hotel.
On the next day, my missus misplaced her Hp in the Grab taxi on the way to the hotel but we were able to recover the Hp both through the help of the staff in the Red Bean Restaurant (which was housed on the 11th floor of the hotel) as well as the hotel staff including Ms Huyen Anh.
The food at the Red Bean Restaurant was another thing altogether. Not only was the food great, the service was top notch too. We ended up having our dinner, breakfast and lunch there.
I wish to thank both the staff of the La Siesta Hanoi and the Red Bean Restaurant for their great service and hospitality. Both the hotel and the restaurant have big Hearts.

TTraveler_RThis hotel is quite nice but the decor is a little dark . But overall it is clean , bed is comfortable , location is 6 minutes from the train street and 14 minutes walk to the note cafe etc. I would book again . Staff is friendly and helpful . I would book it again!!!

KKim Kia BlueNice but small hotel. Situated about 20 minutes from the old quarter. There are a lot of restaurants close by and even a convenient store. The price includes breakfast and was very reasonable. Breakfast was buffet style and was good. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Front desk receptions were very nice and friendly. They spoke good amount of English. Check in was fast and easy. The hotel has a small gym and also a laundry service. My room ac didn’t feel cool enough but I was able to survive through it. And they allowed me an extra room key so I could keep it on when I leave the room. The small hallways were extremely hot.
I think the hotel should get newer towels. The ones in my room were old and some looked soiled. But overall not a bad hotel and away from the noisy city.

SSalananamExcellent apartments/hotel rooms with everything you need. Our room was one with a fitted kitchen which we didn’t use but definitely useful for people staying a little longer. Bathroom was good quality with good water pressure and very hot water when needed. The washing machine in every room thing is super useful if you need to catch up with a few bits, or like us have a flight to Australia and need to ensure everything is clean for bio-security checks. The outside area with the washing machine and clothes hanger for drying also has the invertor fan for the AC meaning it gets super hot out there and clothes dry in just an hour or two.
Reception staff spoke excellent English and were very professional and helpful, even gave us an extended check out to help us get stuff packed.
The area is a very cool area of old Hanoi with plenty of shops and restaurants filling the streets surrounding, providing an authentic feel for what I would say is still a quiet area of Hanoi to retreat to.
