Somerset Hotels in Hanoi

Location is good. 45min from airport and walking distance to old quarter and the lake. Many eateries and cafe around the area. We had a 3 bedrooms executive apartment. Good size for 6 adults. Well equipped but the apartment will require refresh and renovate. The room has a strong smell when we checked in. Front desk team provided great service and very efficient for both checking in and checking out. Has provided a fantastic first impression.

The room type is apartment. It is comfortable for a family to stay here as a complete facilities to cook the food. The location is in the down-town of Ha Noi City and easy to travel around North. Vietnam. But thee towel smells not so good maybe caused by eco-friendly treatment.

A fabulous stay. We booked an executive studio for 5 nights, and it certainly did not disappoint at all. It was fully equipped with everything that you needed. We had a smart tv,a washer dryer, and a fully fitted kitchen. The breakfast was plentiful and a wide selection. The breakfast was included in the price we paid. On the 4th floor there is a gym, sauna and steam room with a massive swimming pool. There is a Korean restaurant and a golf simulator. For children, there is a large soft play area. There are some local things to do within 100 metres of reception.
