The service at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From check-in to check-out, my entire experience was excellent！

I am a very light sleeper and cannot tolerate any noise at all, as I wake up easily. After checking in, I requested a quieter room, and the hotel immediately arranged a room change for me without any hesitation. I truly appreciated how efficient and understanding they were.

The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Housekeeping came every day to clean the room. I left my valuables in the room, and the staff carefully organized them for me without touching anything unnecessarily, which made me feel very safe and respected.

There is a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and shopping malls nearby. The location is excellent — right in the city center and very convenient to get anywhere.

I came to Bangkok to celebrate my birthday, and I was completely surprised when the hotel prepared a birthday cake for me on my special day. I truly did not expect that at all. A big thank you to the two staff members who personally delivered the cake to my room it meant so much to me.🥰🙏🏻

I also had packages delivered to the hotel, and the staff helped receive them properly, requiring signatures and making sure they were not taken by anyone else. They were very responsible and professional. Additionally, when I accidentally left some purchased items in the room after checking out, I contacted the hotel and they handled the lost and found process very well.

I travel to Bangkok often and have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel truly stands out because of how thoughtful they are in every detail. I absolutely loved my stay here. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends, and I would like to sincerely thank all the staff who took such great care of me.

It’s my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and although there were a few hiccups this round, overall it was still a pleasant and enjoyable experience!
The hotel staff remain as welcoming and helpful as ever. I’m absolutely obsessed with the TAO BIN beverage vending machine at the lobby!
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer, as well as a microwave — perfect for daily convenience. However, we did encounter an issue with the dryer during our stay. The maintenance technician spoke little to no English, which made communication quite challenging, and we weren’t entirely confident that he knew how to resolve the issue.

Thankfully, the front desk care team quickly stepped in and efficiently arranged for us to move to another room within 20 minutes. They spoke good English, were patient, and handled the situation very professionally.

Once we moved to the Executive Two-Bedroom Serviced Residence, everything worked perfectly, and the rest of our stay was smooth and comfortable.
Despite the minor inconvenience, the staff’s responsiveness and warm service made our stay a great one overall.

Oh... it's hard. The hotel is very aesthetic and the first impression is great. Very nice restaurant and bar.

The room was equipped with everything you need, including bathrobes and an ironing board. Very comfortable bed. But unfortunately, I already know why there were no photos of the bathroom - it is very small, and the ceiling is probably at a height of 2.20m. And mold/dirty, dingy fugues... that shouldn't happen.

Breakfasts are tasty, but not very rich - on the plus side, different dishes are served every day. Several imported products such as Parmesan or Pepperoni.

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant situation at the bar, where we were ignored by the staff and the door was closed ahead of time.

Honestly, I expected more. It's not a bad hotel, but I won't be going back in the future.

Amazing service by the crew! Super friendly and nice. Very very helpful and kind. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay here!!! Definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here next time!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay in the Heart of Bangkok!

I had a wonderful experience at Somerset Maison Asoke Bangkok. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located — close to public transport, shopping areas, and great restaurants. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette and washing machine.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooftop pool and gym are fantastic spots to relax after exploring the city. It really felt like a home away from home.

Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers — I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok!

The hotel room was great, equipped with a washing machine and an induction cooker. The air conditioning also worked very well. The breakfast spread was excellent and high quality. It's very close to Canton Tower, and a taxi ride to the nearest subway station is only about 1 km. There are many shopping malls downstairs, which is convenient for shopping, and Wanda Plaza is also nearby.

The room has a great layout, is well-lit, and offers fantastic river views from a high floor. All the appliances are top-notch brands. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. It's just one subway stop from University City, and the subway station, McDonald's, and Starbucks are all right downstairs.

Great location with plenty of local snacks nearby. The service was quite good, even during the National Day holiday, and the surroundings were very quiet. The only downside was that the shower area in the two-bedroom guest bathroom was a bit small and didn't have a wet/dry separation.

We stayed at Somerset Grand Hanoi in November and had a wonderful experience. Yes, the hotel is older, but it is extremely convenient—just a 7–10 minute walk to the Old Quarter and close to everything you’d want to explore. The cooler weather was perfect; we could comfortably wear shorts, and the kids even enjoyed the pool.

Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit on the 10th floor was spacious and practical, with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer combo—super helpful for families. The kids especially loved the ping pong table! There’s also a Quick Mart right inside the hotel, which made it easy to grab breakfast items, snacks, and even last-minute things like cough drops.

We didn’t eat at the hotel since there are so many incredible options just steps away—but that’s part of the charm of staying here.

Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

This hotel was absolutely unreal. From the moment we arrived, we were approached with polite and kind attitudes not the staff, offered a medicinal tea during our wait and patiently assisted in locating am ATM to retrieve cash for a deposit. Every instance of our arrival and departure from the hotel for our day to day activities followed by polite greetings from the front desk staff.

The view was beautiful, and the service apartment came supplied with several household objects including cooking pots, pans, and utensils. It was also equipped with a microwave which was very convenient.

The location which just a 15-20 minute drive from Old Quarter, and still convenient enough for exploring by walking. There were several authentic shops and restaurants nearby which made for easy access to great meals and snacks during daily activities. I would highly recommend a stay with this hotel.

A Coffee shop and a convenient store is nearby the hotel. Location of the hotel is easy to go any place in the city.

Hotel room is big and clean. We need to have brwakfast at a restaurant 20 meters away from hotel, npt so many choices.
