A modern, stylish hotel with a convenient location near the metro.

We absolutely loved our two-bedroom room on the 31st floor, with a balcony and a beautiful view.

The breakfasts in the small, cozy restaurant were quite varied and tasty.

The pool with a street view was very pleasant.

It's a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport, about 27 km, but there can be traffic jams and rain, which can make the journey up to 1.5 hours. So, it's best to leave with plenty of time when heading to the airport.

This was a really nice hotel located in a quiet area with many Korean and Japanese restaurants just outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The train station is within walking distance of the hotel. It was also very easy to get ride ride hailing taxis such as Grab to the hotel. The best thing about this hotel was how spacious the rooms were! The rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every night by the hotel team. Although this hotel is not centrally located we really enjoyed our stay because we wanted to be away from crowds, but within easy access to public transport.

An amazing serviced apartment! The staff were all very kind and enthusiastic. It's worth mentioning that the room had a fantastic sense of space, allowing our family of four to stay very comfortably. The cleanliness was also impeccable. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time. The rooftop pool, though small, was very stylish. Most of the guests were Europeans and Americans; we rarely saw Asian faces. Highly recommended!

Excellent! Very convenient for getting around, with a tuk-tuk shuttle service to the subway. I stayed for a week, and the overall hotel service was great. The room had cutlery and knives, so it was fine to cook simple meals. The Japanese-style rooms have bathtubs, making it feel like coming home to Tokyo. The washer-dryer combo was very convenient. There are two 7-Elevens right outside. I bought some beer and drinks for the fridge and enjoyed the view every day – this time from the 16th floor, and the scenery was amazing! The infinity pool was also great; my little one went for a swim every day. The gym was quite comprehensive too. All in all, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this place; all the employees made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, and pulling back the curtains in the morning revealed a beautiful, pleasant view. There's a bakery downstairs, and a 7-Eleven right across the street. From morning till night, various food stalls set up shop, and there are many massage parlors and local eateries nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to Terminal 21, and you can also book a complimentary shuttle ride from the hotel. The only minor drawback was that the water temperature would fluctuate between hot and cold, but it wasn't a significant issue and happened infrequently, so it didn't really bother us.

The luggage service was very welcoming, and there was plenty of parking. The hotel is located on a small street, making it relatively quiet. Traffic on Friday was convenient, though a bit congested. The room was very spacious, perfect for families with children. It was well-equipped with a kitchen, cookware, microwave, toaster, balcony, drying rack, and washing machine, making it very convenient for living. Both the living room and bedroom had TVs.

Traveling with my parents and child, it was so hot that even walking for an hour was difficult, haha. Luckily, the city center was only a 5-7 minute taxi ride away. After running an errand, I was so tired that I just did one activity and then came back to the accommodation to rest. This kind of arrangement was great, and the room was spacious, which made it feel very comfortable. I highly recommend it if you're traveling with family!

The hotel facilities are pretty good, it's like an apartment, which is quite convenient. The room layout is decent, and the living room is quite spacious, but the bed is a bit narrow. It would be perfect if it were wider. The service is also alright. It's quite suitable for business trips.

The facilities are complete, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and the doorman are all incredibly friendly. The pool is a bit cold for this weather. The breakfast restaurant is a little small, but the breakfast quality is quite good. You can borrow bicycles for free, and there are a few roads nearby with less traffic that are suitable for cycling. There are quite a few unfinished buildings around West Lake.

It was a bit difficult to get a taxi on the morning of Chinese New Year's Day, probably because everyone was visiting relatives ^_^

A small suggestion: it would be great if there were some instructions for the kitchen appliances. We spent a long time trying to figure out how to turn on the range hood, and a staff member eventually had to help us. It also took a while to figure out how to use the induction cooktop.

Overall, it's very good.

Absolutely loved my stay here—already planning my return!
From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Housekeeping was impeccable—my room was spotless every single day, and turndown service was a nice touch.
The location is perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough at night for a great sleep. The room itself was spacious, well-designed, with super comfortable bedding and blackout curtains that actually work.
Breakfast was a highlight—great variety, fresh ingredients, and the omelet station was a bonus. The gym and pool were well-maintained too.
Worth every penny. I’d absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

This hotel was perfect for attending Chen Chusheng's concert. It's just one subway stop from University Town, so getting back to the hotel quickly after the show was a breeze. A big shout-out to Guangzhou's excellent management; the order was fantastic! The hotel's location deserves full marks – it's right by subway exit A, super close! 😁 The higher floor offered great views, and the room was spacious. The breakfast had delicious bread and waffles 🧇, tasty freshly made rice noodles, and plenty of fruit. We enjoyed the views while we ate. Both the floor staff and the ground floor attendants were very friendly. If you have time, you can also walk along the greenway on the island. The only downside is the price, around 500 a night, but overall, it was a good experience.

The apartment is very spacious. Main room has ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Toilet with electronic bidet seat. Second bedroom has a super single bed, we paid for an extra bed. Second toilet in kitchen is clean. Well equipped kitchen. There is washing machine and dryer as well. Just that the carpet is a bit worn out and initially there is a weird smell upon entering the apartment but after opening the windows & airing the place, all is good. Aircon and shower works well. Overall is great for us. There are security at lobby which is great. Staff are friendly and professional. Location is great. Steps away from VT101, walking distance to Grand View mall, many shopping malls and metro station.
