Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Harbin

Summer truly is peak season in Harbin! I initially wanted to book two consecutive nights in a deluxe room at this Hampton by Hilton, but it was impossible – they were completely sold out. I ended up only getting one night. I have to say, its location is really excellent. You step out right onto the subway, offering great connectivity. The surrounding urban area is the essence of Harbin beyond St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, with streets like Dongdazhi, Xidazhi, and Gogol all boasting historical remnants, perfect for city walk enthusiasts. The hotel itself is very standard; the rooms, dining, and service were all on point. The only downside was the slightly high price, but then again, it was Harbin's peak season, and hotel prices were generally high, not just at this Hampton. Overall, I'm satisfied and give it a good review!

The hotel is in a good location and is very convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment. The hotel lobby is very clean and the decoration is great. It is my favorite style and the price/performance ratio is very high. It's very comfortable to stay here. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, proactive and polite. The service is great, the facilities are complete, and there is a robot that can deliver meals, which is very convenient. Very satisfied with the stay experience.

I highly recommend this hotel! I stayed here on a business trip. The staff was very enthusiastic and introduced the delicious food around. The room was very clean and the facilities were very new. I also liked the color of the slippers. The breakfast was rich in variety, and the freshly made omelettes and crispy waffles were delicious. The gym equipment was brand new and very convenient. The location is excellent, close to the Convention and Exhibition Center and Xiangfang Wanda, and it is very convenient for travel and shopping. Whether it is the environment, facilities or service, it is impeccable. I will stay here next time!

On a mural in the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum, there's a poem about Harbin by the Russian-émigré poet Yelena Nedeliskaia: ”Merciless years quietly slip away, Foreign sunsets redden the distant sky. I've visited many a beautiful city, But none can rival your dusty grace.” This poem perfectly captures the poet's unique affection for Harbin. It's precisely this special sentiment for Harbin that has drawn us back to the city multiple times. This time, when we visited Harbin, we stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. We had a lot of luggage and were quite concerned about the room size. Coincidentally, the front desk attendant who checked us in was a lovely young lady whose WeChat name is 'Xiao Feng Bu Chou' (literally 'Little Feng No Worries'). She showed us several rooms and, considering our age and the significant amount of luggage we had, she kindly upgraded our room type. This perfectly solved our problem, and it truly felt like 'with Xiao Feng, there were no worries!' We ended up staying eight consecutive nights at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli, and our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, all thanks to encountering Xiao Feng Bu Chou. It's fair to say that Xiao Feng Bu Chou's kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness played a crucial role in making our Harbin trip so happy and pleasant. Thank you, beautiful Xiao Feng Bu Chou, for adding another wonderful layer to our impression of Harbin. I'd also like to extend my gratitude to the kitchen staff and Manager He Ying at Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. One day during our stay in Harbin, we unfortunately got an upset stomach from eating out. The next day, the doctor advised us to only eat congee (rice porridge). Coincidentally, Manager He Ying was on duty that day. After I explained our situation to her, I had a bowl of congee in the restaurant. Since I couldn't eat much at once, she arranged for me to take another bowl back to our room to eat later. Her thoughtful inquiries about our well-being and whether we'd seen a doctor or taken medicine deeply moved us. Thank you, He Ying, and thank you to the kitchen staff at Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. The wonderful young lady Xiao Feng Bu Chou and Manager He Ying are exemplary representatives of Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli. Hampton by Hilton Harbin Daoli perfectly embodies Hilton's 'home away from home' philosophy and truly lives up to its spirit.

The location is very convenient, the service was nice everyone was friendly and helpful. Got all the all the necessities but the only problem was with the mat/carpet I think it could be cleaner? Vacuum and stuff. Otherwise I recommend this hotel.
