This hostel is good but the hostel owner is not so good

This is the worst place we have ever stayed in. Our room window overlooked the owners' balcony (it's a family hotel). The owner was cooking on the balcony and talking loudly..
Our room was right next to the toilet, and it was unbearable because the smell was disgusting! 🤢
Also, there is no door to the bathroom (it's a shared bathroom)... Anyone walking down the hallway could see those trying to wash themselves somehow.
The bed linen was dirty, one pillow and sheet were missing, we had to beg for it all.
When we checked in, the owner demanded a deposit for the right to use the key and of course, she did not return it.
I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!

The window in the room was not closed tightly. After the boss took care of it, there was still a lot of noise. Moreover, the boss temporarily exchanged someone else's quilt for someone else's room, which was completely disrespectful to the guests.
