Very good

Only a few minutes walk from the river and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Service was a little disappointing

I have stayed in the worst hotel in all seasons. First of all, the family room I read online has big windows, but this hotel gave me a room with basically no windows. Then there are blood stains on the sheets, and the room is very hot and dry. No humidifier! Ctrip booked a winter gift package, but Mao didn't see it! Stayed decisively for one night, changed hotels for the remaining two nights, and never came back again!

The breakfast is delicious, and the service from the lady at the front desk is super good

The front desk service attitude is very good, the beauties at the front desk are very enthusiastic, the room is neat and bright, well cleaned, and the room is also very quiet. The room was terrible. The room was damp and the quilt was almost squeezing water out of it. There was also a smell of urine. I was carrying my child and luggage, which was really annoying. I stayed here once in winter. The room was very cold and the hygiene was okay. I didn't expect that the environment and hygiene would be so bad this time. The front desk was also very arrogant. I will never stay at All Seasons again.

Very comfortable and very nice

位置好，在中央大街旁邊小巷裡，下樓就是中央大街，離松花江邊也不遠，走路十分鐘，離道理菜市場和索菲亞教堂也差不多走路十分鐘。 前台服務態度好，連住兩天，每天都是滿房的狀態，中間都給收拾的很乾凈，而且有求必應。非要挑一個不足，那就是窗户，打開是牆。但是這個我在訂酒店時就知道的，沒透過窗户看到哈爾濱的景色有一丟丟小失望，這個不是酒店的問題。下次還要住全季，等我攢夠錢住一間有窗户的房間😂

全季酒店是朋友公司的司機師傅推薦的。 酒店位置不錯，距離松花江紀念塔很近！去步行街也不遠！ 酒店前台兩個女孩比較好，很熱情！服務態度很好！ 早餐吃的不舒服！首先是一個大姐2個大叔的服裝，簡直是街邊蒼蠅館子的感覺（滿身褶鄒鄒巴巴）收拾盤子的大叔，穿了一件工程部師傅的衣服…（藏藍色）看着感覺真吃不下去……大姐説話嗓門好大（早餐廳很小，小聲講話會好點）大聲問哪個房間的？搞的全餐廳都能聽到+××房間 一下子感覺沒管理沒服務！沒培訓，層次低……不舒服…！ 房間沒有護髮素，長頭髮沒辦法梳開……不方便 房間配備了泡茶套裝，比較好！我這個愛喝茶的人比較舒服……

我是攜程鑽石會員，也是華住會員，住全季不是一次兩次了，第一次發現床上、洗手池裡有毛髮，真的醉了，畢竟是600多的全季，太不應該了。電梯等待很久。客觀的説，前台服務還可以，就是衞生太差了，做酒店不能在床上等位置有毛髮

位置好，環境整潔，全家出遊尤其孩子比較小的吃住玩都方便，出門就是中央大街，距離老昌春餅不到一百米，我們二娃第一次經歷北方的寒冷，前面兩天完全腳不沾地，全靠抱，這個位置簡直太友好了，出汗出力的爸爸表示特別滿意，除了送餐機器人還貼心的贈送每日凍梨和凍柿子，讓南方小土豆足不出户體驗爾濱的誠意滿滿，非常推薦

很温馨，酒店給做了升級，前台人員服務態度特別好，六樓入住的酒店還有洗衣機和烘乾機免費試用，很乾凈～位置離中央大街，索菲亞教堂，江邊都特別近，去冰雪大世界也方便！推薦

滿意，房間乾淨整潔，機器人很可愛，舒適體驗，早餐很好吃，出門就是中央大街，鬧中取靜，酒店整體是優質的，唯一就是衹有一部電梯，略微遺憾
