This hotel is housed in a beautifully renovated century-old building that used to be a futures exchange. The rooms are spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was also generous and varied, offering items like boiled shrimp, local red sausage, eggs, and coffee. Its prime location on the pedestrian street makes it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Harbin – you'll have a wonderfully comfortable stay!
The hotel is situated by the river, so in the evenings, we enjoyed strolling along the bank, taking in the river views, and watching people fishing and dancing. The subway station and the Chinese Baroque Historical District are just 500 meters to the south. We parked our car in the backyard and didn't touch it for our entire three-day stay. Firstly, there's a somewhat bustling flower and bird market right outside the entrance, and secondly, Harbin's subway and taxi services are so convenient that there was simply no need to drive. In fact, it's particularly well-suited for families, as our kids absolutely loved visiting the nearby market to see the cats, dogs, and parrots. The hotel is quite generous; the spacious lobby offers plenty of seating, along with complimentary coffee and bottled water. The room itself had numerous highlights: the stylish decor, a large TV, comfortable bedding, a Tmall Genie smart speaker, and excellent air conditioning and hot water.
Pros: location near the river's pedestrian promenade, beautifully decorated nautical-themed rooms, and non-smoking rooms that are truly free of cigarette odor
Cons:no English-speaking and not very friendly staff, no access to washing machine or drying machine, room card not working, so I had to call the staff every time I opened the door from the outside, and they couldn't fix the card in 3 days

The air conditioner started dropping dust when I checked in. I contacted the front desk to change the room, but it had a foul smell. I changed back because I couldn't change it. There is a barbecue street next to the left side of the hotel. I was hanging out on the street after drinking. There was a forklift working on the right side, and a ten-wheeled truck passed by the road in front of the door. I was too lazy to change hotels. The service staff was very good. At least they had a good attitude. They quickly vacuumed up the dust. They also gave me fruit and breakfast, but I didn't eat it. The shower faucets are all TOTO, which is very useful. The smart housekeeper is a bit bad. The sound quality and speed are not good.
I came to Harbin for a marathon and was very satisfied with my hotel choice. Its location is excellent, being very close to the subway station. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and housekeeping was prompt. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful and pleasant stay during my trip to Harbin.
Staying at Atour Boutique Hotel (Harbin China Baroque Store) is great! The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the subway station and attractions, and it is very convenient to travel. The design of the room is very distinctive, the Chinese style is matched with modern facilities, warm and comfortable, and the children especially like it. The bed was very soft and slept very well. The hotel service is intimate, the front desk is very warm, and also helped recommend fun places around. The child had a great time here, lived very comfortably, and will choose here next time I come to Harbin!
The room I booked in advance turned out to be much better than I expected. I had reserved a standard King Room, but upon arrival, the front desk upgraded me directly to a VIP King Room. Overall, I was very satisfied. The room's soundproofing was also quite good. Its location made it very convenient for exploring. Dining, entertainment, and transportation were all exceptionally convenient. All in all, this was the most comfortable stay I've had on a trip.
This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, the warm and thoughtful service made me feel warm. Linlin, the front desk staff, patiently helped me check in and also introduced the surrounding tour guide. The room is clean and bright, with all the facilities. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. I slept until dawn. The breakfast variety is super rich, with both Chinese and Western food. The freshly made fried eggs and wontons taste great. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with many shopping and dining options around, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose here again!
Perfect stay experience beyond expectations! Bedding, location, service are impeccable!
Staying at your hotel on this business trip, the experience is really superb, you must give a five-star praise!
The first thing I want to boast about is the bedding! As soon as I entered the room, I was attracted by the clean environment, especially the bed, which looked good to sleep. It was a surprise to actually lie on it. The mattress was moderately soft and hard, the support was very good, and it completely fit the body curve. The height and softness of the pillow were just right. It instantly cured my fatigue during the day. I fell asleep almost as soon as I touched the pillow. It was the most comfortable sleep I have ever slept in a hotel in recent years. Comparable to the standard of a five-star hotel!
Finally, we must praise the staff at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, every staff member encountered was smiling, very enthusiastic and professional. As soon as I entered the door, I took the initiative to greet and help with my luggage, patiently answered my various questions, and intimately recommended nearby specialties and transportation routes.
In short, this is a very satisfying stay experience, absolutely value for money. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose here again without hesitation and recommend it to my friends! I wish business prosperity!

MM261379****In fact, I am not someone who often writes reviews. This was my first time staying at a B&B. When I came across a house I liked, I couldn’t help but praise it. The room was very clean and tidy and had a large bathtub for two people. It was nice to take a bath and watch a movie. The bedding was also comfortable. , the disposable supplies are very complete, and I pay more attention to quiet and comfortable sleep. The check-in experience is very good. I have stayed in many hotels and rarely encounter such considerate and accurate location. They also recorded videos. The key is that the transportation to surrounding attractions is very convenient. Convenient, right next to Baroque, recommended ~ so 👍
GGuest UserThe location of the room is particularly good, by the Songhua River, the Guandong Square, especially the atmosphere of life. Downstairs is the Chinese Baroque, and there is a halal snack shop that is good and cheap. There is a ferry to Sun Island, and a taxi to Central Street will arrive soon.
The room was very satisfied, clean and tidy, the facilities were no different from the home, the whole was complete, the washing machine was washing clothes, and the refrigerator was very practical.
The landlord introduced the route and hotel very warmly, and the maintenance was very careful. Thank you. I hope to have the opportunity to come back to experience the winter in Harbin.
Jjunfeng2727The hotel is in the Chinese Baroque scenic area. It is very convenient to stroll around. The hotel rooms are very distinctive and the bedding is particularly comfortable. It should be the mattresses and pillows of the Atour series. It sleeps very well and is very relieved. The location of the hotel is not very easy to find. If you drive, it is best to contact the hotel in advance to determine the specific location. Probably in the C area of the underground garage of the scenic spot, near the pedestrian exit No. 11 channel. Overall it is highly recommended.
MMeinvmama; The staff at the front desk was very caring. This time I came out alone to a strange city. The little beauty at the front desk upgraded the room type for free. The customer service sister was also very amiable. I will definitely continue this hotel next time. The room is very clean and there is no taste of new decoration. In short, 100% satisfied
EE2722****It is newly opened. The house has a very good sanitary environment and is suitable for families. The hygienic dry and wet separation design is reasonable. All facilities are new. Electric curtains are more convenient. The subway entrance is downstairs. It is a 5-minute walk from Baroque. There is also a self-driving parking downstairs. convenient.
GGuest UserThe service was excellent – very warm and friendly. The place was spotlessly clean. Its location is fantastic, very close to Zhonghua Baroque, and the riverside is right nearby, perfect for a stroll and enjoying the breeze. There are also plenty of local snacks and a lively morning market every day. Overall, it's incredibly convenient for getting around.
YYoozisamaThis is the second time I chose this hotel. The room I booked this time is the same as the last time. Three major advantages: 1. Harbin is in the peak tourist season, so the price is relatively cheap. 2. It is close to the Zhonghua Baroque subway station on Line 3, and it is a short walk to the Taigu Toudao Street bus stop, which is convenient for travel. 3. The Zhonghua Baroque is across the street from the hotel, which is also a scenic spot. The boss and the boss lady are both locals and very approachable. There are also disadvantages, such as the room hygiene is not very good, there is no cleaning service, and the sheets are dirty; I don’t know what’s wrong with the hot water, I have to wait for a long time for the cold water to run before hot water can be available, and the temperature is not stable; the room is relatively small, etc. I hope it can be improved! (I didn’t take pictures of the room, so I’ll post some pictures of my outings in the past few days)
