Facilities: The elevators on the 3rd floor of the main hotel building are super photogenic. Cleanliness: The hotel room is clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel is right next to a scenic spot and very close to the subway station. Service: The front desk staff are very patient. The only minor drawback was during check-in, there was a person with shoulder-length short hair next to the front desk who was speaking very loudly and rudely, making it hard for me to hear the front desk staff. I hope this can be improved.

I stayed at this hotel for two days while visiting Harbin. It's located right within the Zhonghua Baroque Scenic Area, just 5 stops away from the train station on bus 207, and not far from Metro Line 3. The hotel boasts a retro民國 (Republic of China) design style and even offers various qipaos for guests to take photos with the Baroque streetscape. The shower has great water pressure, and the bathtub fills up quickly. The hairdryer is powerful, making it comfortable and fast to wash and dry your hair. Afternoon tea service is also provided. They offer laundry and drying services; a basket of travel clothes was washed, dried, and returned to my room in less than 3 hours. The direct drinking water system is also very convenient to use. Overall, it felt comfortable and convenient. My only suggestion is that both layers of the bathroom door are glass. At night, with the indoor lights on, you can see into the bathroom from the outside, even if it's not perfectly clear. It would be beneficial to add more covering for both daytime and nighttime privacy.

For me it was difficult to see that everyone was smoking inside the hotel and in the rooms, even tho it was a sign next to the bed mentioning “not to smoke in bed” , they also have cigarettes to purchase on the bedside table haha, as a non smoker I never experienced this before. The reception staff is very nice and helpful :)) much appreciated!! The location is convenient Important for me: they don’t have a gym, when I entered there were so many things around: like clothing racks and a lot of stuff, felt more like a storage unit to me.

I chose this hotel for my trip to Harbin to watch a game, and I'm very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is located right within the Zhonghua Baroque Street area, so as soon as you step out, you're on a charming old street, making it super convenient for exploring, eating, and having fun. The atmosphere is fantastic. It's a moderate distance from the subway station, so public transport is easily accessible. There's a parking lot in the backyard; if you're driving, I recommend navigating directly to the hotel's back entrance for hassle-free parking. The room was spotlessly clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The front desk was efficient with check-in and the service was friendly. Considering the location, parking, and facilities, it offers great value for money. It's definitely a top choice for anyone traveling to Harbin.

Best hotel we have stayed in China. Perfect location, in the Chinese Baroque district. Hotel has an oriental theme, nice ambience and is very aesthetics. For the price, it is more than value for money. Staff is very welcoming, always friendly and helpful. Our twin room is spacious with a nice decor. Smart features are also available. We didn't buy breakfast but there's free tea and coffee 24/7. And there is a courtyard to sit and relax after a day out. This will be our hotel if we are ever in Harbin again. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The room was absolutely adorable and the kids loved it. It was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – we slept like a log. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. When arriving, the real name of the hotel is Loffel Hotel. The location is very strategic. For Muslims, it is easy to find halal food and close to the Doawai Mosque. In front of the hotel there is a Harbin Mosque metro station. For towels, the staff does not change every day, but you have to request from the workers so they will give you the new one. Likewise, the mineral water in the room, you have to request it too. In conclusion, I am satisfied with my stay here.

The big bed in the bedroom is soft and comfortable, the pillows and bedding are very skin-friendly, and you can sleep well all night. • The lazy bean bag sofa and orange futon in the lounge area are my favorite corners. It’s not too pleasant to bask in the sun and read a book here in the afternoon. • The large windows are equipped with white gauze curtains, and natural light shines through the gauze curtains, and the whole room becomes transparent and bright. 📸 Movie production rate is super high • Whether it is an arch, a moon lamp, or a small corner by the window, any shot is an ins wind blockbuster, no filters are required at all. • The green plants and small ornaments in the room are also very tasteful, adding a lot of vitality to the whole space. Highly recommend the Xueting Songjiangyue B&B! Our stay in the family suite was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious and airy, and the silk bedding felt incredibly smooth and gentle on the skin, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable rest for the whole family. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with a great mix of Chinese and Western options that were all fresh and delicious. The staff at the B&B were warm and attentive, responding promptly to any requests. The location is also perfect, close to both中华巴洛克 (Chinese Baroque Architecture) and the Songhua River, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Our whole family was very satisfied, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Harbin! Plus, there was free Haagen-Dazs ice cream! And we even received a souvenir gift upon check-out.
