This is the best property in HARIDWAR. Loved there traditional welcome. Hotel is very beautifully designed and the staff is so welcoming. Loved their high tea concept . It was so delicious . The evening ganga arti at there private ghat was so good and beautiful The rooftop restaurant had one of the best pizzas for dinner Amazing hospitality, courteous staff and river ganga increases this property's beauty Would love to come back to this hotel again,it was an experience of a lifetime

The location of the property is exceptionally well defined.The staff made us feel like heaven.The rooms are excellent The lap of Ganga is very peaceful and calm Particularly Mr Navin has stolen our heart by his sweet voice and beautiful music He compelled to stay more in the property We made lifetime memory here The rest is done by GM who upgraded the room which is iconic in location.The Food and Beverage manager Mr Pravesh helped lot by giving food taste and flavour

Milestone experience stay like in heaven and the holy mother Ganga’ lap with serenity. The staff was friendly, caring, smiling…. Especially Hotel manager Vikas nagar, Taranjeet, chef Rohit and Akash. Incredible lovely memories… Thank you all.

During this trip to Haridwar, I decided to plan my stay at the banks of the Ganga river, so I chose Pilibhit house. It’s a small property on the banks of Ganges river with a private ghat with around approx 35 rooms now being managed by the Taj/IHCL group. I visited here from 10th-12th May 24 with my elderly Mom. The room we checked in was a twin bed room ( the twin bed room lacks a sofa may be due to space issue) . The room was well managed by the house keeping staff, however the room curtains were not at the same level from the bottom , thus lacking blackout effect ( little unexpected of Taj standard- pic attached) . Otherwise the stay was comfortable and serene due to Ganga river private ghat and evening Ganga Aarti. Buffet meals were ok. Arvind took good care of us at the restaurant. If some minor things are taken care of and guest centricity is improved a bit( as per the charges) , things could get to next level. But definitely a good place to stay in Haridwar, have already made advance booking for my next trip in Oct around Diwali.

The property is very nice jus ton the banks of Ganga River. Entire staff leaves no stone unturned to make you feel special. There is Ganga aarti in the evenings and it's mesmerizing. Special mention for Hemant at the front desk for always being available, and Anshika at the restaurant. Kudos to the team.

This was my third visit to this place in the last eighteen months, and each time we have visited, we have created more treasured memories. Jatinder is a familiar face to us, as we have experienced his exceptional hospitality at Taj Corbett. His dedication and commitment to clients like us and the Taj Pilibit House are truly commendable. He is the primary reason for our participation in this spiritual tour. Keep rocking always!! I hope he will extend another invitation to us soon, as we eagerly anticipate another round of pampering and a spiritual journey. While I am awaiting the feedback email from the hotel and will include the names of others who made our stay memorable, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to Parvej, the restaurant manager. He has been exceptional in ensuring that every dish served is of the highest quality. I provided feedback about a dish that didn't quite meet expectations, and he made sure that my family enjoyed it, no matter how many attempts were needed. His focused approach with the motto "Happy Customers/Happy Experience" is truly admirable.

We went to Pilibhit House for the nth time and the vibe, hospitality, warmth remains the same, in short, unmatchable and excellent! We got a chance to explore the newly opened restaurant on their Terrace (2nd floor) which again has a view of Ganga ji and serves delicious Pan Asian food. The Chef gave some great suggestions and we relished both our starters and main course. Arvind and Disha took great care of us and gave us prompt service throughout with smiles on their faces. The hotel’s main restaurant food headed by Chef Mani Pathak ji for many years now is excellent beyond words, as the Chef doesn’t leave any stone unturned to serve delicious and creative dishes. And all of this is being managed by Pravesh ji (leading the F&B in Pilibhit House for couple of years now) who very actively, dedicatedly and passionately is taking care of all the guests and their F&B requirements! When you have such people around you, you are rest assured that you will have a great time with your loved ones. Thank you Pilibhit House for once again giving us a wonderful time and a memory to cherish! We highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely keep coming back!

A beautiful hotel on the banks of holy Ganga. The road outside the hotel is narrow and can give you a wrong impression of the hotel. But, as soon as you enter and greeted by the staff, beyond the huge wooden doors is a beautiful, clean and peaceful hotel. It looks and feels like a palace. Checkin and check out were smooth, you are introduced to various activities available in the hotel, including various pujas conducted at different time of the day (the evening Ganga Aarti is beautiful). There were a few standout staff that made us very comfortable, Arvind Soni, Hariom, Chef Uday from F&B, Arvind from activities, the entire house keeping staff for doing a fabulous job behind the scene, the front gate welcoming staff. Ganga snan is right at the property with clean changing rooms adjacent to it, the restaurant on the terrace serves some delicious pizzas and mocktails (the hotel serves vegetarian dishes only and NO alcohol), hi tea is served every evening with unlimited snacks, there is a very nice spa on the first floor. We had a very pleasant stay with lots to do in and around the hotel. 3 cheers for the staff.

I will like to thank the whole team for hosting us over the weekend. We had a wonderful experience, especially at the restaurant. The chef and everybody at the service were simply superb. Cant wait to come again and again and again . Place is special and whole team makes it Divine
