Wingate by Wyndham Brighton

No room cleaning services unless you stay longer then 7 days which was not published on *******. Had to go get your own replacement towels, face cloths etc from the front desk. Was originally told I had to bring the old ones to get replacements as well as 2 sets in a room with 2 beds and 3 occupants and was originally questioned as to why I needed towels etc without having used ones. Garbage was to be put out of your room meaning garbage bags all over the halls as everyone was doing the same thing. The issues for sure were an annoyance at a minimum and won’t be staying here again. Had I known I could have been prepared or booked alternate location to stay.

My biggest complaint was the contential breakfast. Both waffle makers were broken. I ended up going next door to get breakfast.

Each time I have stayed at the Brighton Wingate property I have been very pleased. Excellent breakfast, staff is always kind and helpful. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

It lacks clear signage for things like the elevator. Second floor ice machine not working. Dimly lit. Breakfast was solid and plentiful. Staying again so it wasn’t bad, but it could use a bit of sprucing up.

This is the second time in a year I’ve stayed there and both times the pool / and or hot tub wasn’t open

Super old style rooms and there is a good chance your room will be right next to the pool, and this is one of those hotels where people come for "mini-vacations" with their kids. This means it is LOUD. Doesn't look like anything outside of the mirror and lock has been updated since 2002. Half my lights don't work. At $160+, I way overpaid. Good thing it's just one night and I don't have to be up super early.

This is our second stay here. It is very conveniently located, breakfast included and a pool. We will continue to stay there when we are in Brighton

The staff went out of their way to get me in my room way before the 3pm check-in time. All the staff is friendly and professional.

I asked for a ADA room. When reserving the hotel they had one available. But when we got there none. They put us way far from everything. (Disabled). I couldn't get in bed. Too high. We reserved 3 nights they only put two nights on card. Disabled I had to go back downstairs to fix it. Can't hardly walk. I was miserable 😣
