Absolutely amazing. 🥰🥰🥰 Very clean and relaxing. There are a lot of stores outside the hotel, which is very convenient and near to the Mall of the Emirates.

Service was good but rooms are a bit dated. There was a lingering small of cigarette smoke. Room was slightly noisy with traffic noise. But the staff was very friendly and professional and supportive. It was warm hospitality. I would go back despite the slight challenges

Nice hotel, great location near the mall, easy to get a careem or Uber in seconds. Friendly staff always smiling and asking about my day and helpful. Fyi there is also an Afghanistan restaurant on the diagonal across the road that has awesome and cheap food with also great service, id stay here again no problem

The hotel is amazing, it is clean, located in a great area, 8 min walk to Mall of The Emirates, the Wi-Fi is ok, the staff is friendly, BUT: 1. Be aware that it is a hotel where you can smoke inside of the rooms. In 2025! We asked on the reservation for a non-smoking room, but they didn't offer us, and it was a nightmare in the last night. 2. There is an interconnected door with another room, so the noises are more intense, and the smoke from it enters in your room easily. We couldn't sleep in the last night because our neighbor smoked until 4 a.m. and the smoke in our room was feeling awful, just like he smoked in our room. If you want to book it and you don't smoke, ask very clear that you want a non-smoking room without an interconnected door with another room.

It’s conveniently situated close to Malls of Emirates and transportation hubs making it easy to explore the city. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the combination of excellent service and a prime location makes this hotel a fantastic choice. It is a nice place and near MRT. If you bring stroller for kids, it will be quite challenging as the side road is not even. Overall, the hotel is nice to stay.

The rooms were excellent. Among the 4-star hotels in the area, I genuinely feel this one stands out as the best. The restaurant is a little on the small side, but they still manage to offer a good variety of options. Overall, it's certainly one of the better choices nearby in terms of ambiance, cleanliness, and service.

Very nice and quiet place. The room is very big ,clean and beautiful. The bed is wide and very comfortable. Everywhere there are restaurants and supermarkets. 5 minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
