The environment is elegant, the service is thoughtful, and the facilities are complete. I will choose this hotel next time. The room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water, high-definition TV, and a private cinema experience. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the lobby is luxuriously decorated, and the view is wide. High cost performance, the room is clean and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, and the stay experience is excellent. The architectural style is modern and elegant, and the sea view room has a wide view, enjoying the sun and stars

Very satisfied! The front desk upgraded the room again this time. The room is large and the air conditioning is powerful. Traveling is very convenient, there is Metro not far from the hotel. The nearby shopping malls are not far away. Will be the first choice next time.

Positives: great location next to many restaurants and shops, big and clean rooms equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, and hot plate. Negatives: lobby is on the 5F and almost impossible to find (have to take take a service elevator hidden away), wet rot deterioration of wood paneling.

Radisson Blu Hotel, a perfect experience for traveling to Hefei. The hotel is very close to Hefei South Railway Station. It only takes one stop to take Metro Line 5 from Hefei South Railway Station, and it is right next to Exit B of Wanghucheng West Station on Metro Line 5, which is very convenient. The hotel opened in December 2024 and embodies a new style everywhere. From the hotel's design style, the intelligence of the rooms, the overall environment and colors, it reflects fashion, modernity and humanity everywhere. The room is large, especially the bathroom, which is designed to perfection. Three people can use it at the same time without interfering with each other, which is very comfortable. Especially the front desk lady CuCu, a warm, cheerful and kind girl, and Nini and Zhizhi. From their service, you can feel their love for work, their concern for guests and the kindness they show. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, combining the East and the West with the North and the South. I believe that friends from all over the world can find their own taste here. The bar next to the restaurant is a highlight, where you can take a break every time you come back from going out. Thank you ladies, we will come again next time.

Book this hotel because of the location, very near Train station. Although it’s only take 15 min to walk there but with elderly n luggage, we took a taxi which only paid RMB20 to the station. Is only a one min ride. But the biggest asset for this hotel is their staffs. One of them is 芹晴，she’s very helpful, answer all my queries. But the most helpful is 繁锦，she did me a big favour. As a foreigner, she helped me to order supper when we arrived late. She also helped me to register the membership. She’s very patient n professional , thank you Atour for everything.

The room is so nice, I like the decoration style very much. This is my second time staying here. I liked it the last time I stayed here, so I decided to choose here again this time. I will stay in every style of room in the future. My friends also said that the environment is very good. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to communicate whether to delay check-out. Like it!

This Atour hotel, conveniently located near Hefei South Railway Station, is excellent and offers a shuttle service. Immediately after booking, I received a call from Yi Yi at the front desk, asking if I needed the pick-up service. Given the continuous rain in Hefei lately, Yi Yi knew my arrival time and proactively met me at the hotel entrance with an umbrella – an incredibly thoughtful gesture! The security staff were also very helpful with my bags. The facilities are great and well-appointed. Yi Yi's service was outstanding; she even recommended excellent places to eat and fun activities nearby. Next time I'm in Hefei, I'll definitely choose Atour Hefei South Station again. Oh, and they even offered complimentary crayfish – a lovely touch! Plus, there's a piano available for guests to play.

The attention to detail is impeccable, the facilities are brand new, and the location is wonderfully quiet. There's a convenient shuttle service within the property grounds. Amenities like the hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a washing machine, and a fridge were all fantastic extras. The breakfast beef soup was delicious, and you could even get a free Starbucks coffee after your meal. I'll definitely stay longer next time!
