The hotel reception staff were very warm and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Others are very good. I stayed for three days. I wanted to use the laundry bag and found that there were blood stains on it. The newly opened hotel can't say this. This laundry bag should be reused. There was no service staff development replacement for three days. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. I stayed for three nights without asking me if I wanted to change the sheets and quilts. The next day, even the toilet was not cleaned. I didn't have any apology and remedies when I proposed that the laundry bag had blood stains.

My children were allergic to the bugs. I chose to stay at the InterContinental Hotel because I thought it would be cleaner, but the actual experience was disappointing and it was a new hotel. The laundry room is too small and has no air conditioning. It is impossible to stay there when it is hot. There are no obvious markings on the washing machines and dryers, and the operating instructions posted probably do not actually consider whether they are applicable from the customer's perspective. In any case, except for myself, no one else can figure out which one is for washing and which one is for drying. The staff who came to the site also don't know how to use it, and the dryer is too high. People who are shorter cannot see the bottom of the machine. After using it, they don't know if the things have been taken away, so they have to move a stool and stand on it to check. In short, there are big problems with the service and management details. The price is expensive.
