The room was clean and odor-free, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The hotel felt very safe and quiet. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, even offering a complimentary double breakfast and fruit upon check-in, and a creative fridge magnet at check-out. The hotel is conveniently located between Hailiang Plaza and Xinhua Plaza, with a shopping street just steps away. Famous attractions like Jokhang Temple, the Mosque, and Kuan Alley Food Street are all within three kilometers, making it perfect for a walk around the city. Within a few hundred meters, you'll find restaurants like Banmudi Youmian Village and Gerile Ama Traditional Mongolian Restaurant, both worth trying. The hotel is also very close to Metro Line 1, making it super easy to get here from Hohhot East High-Speed Railway Station. Definitely a recommended hotel!

This hotel is the best! I would definately stay again. The hotel is in an amazing location, near the square, near the temple and very walkable. The hotel is tucked in to a little garden area and there is a tea room on site. The desk staff are easy to talk to on Wechat and even helped me order some lotion as the Inner Mongolia weather was very drying to my skin. The breakfast was also wonderful. I loved this hotel. Inside the room was a table with tea service if you wanted.

This hotel is located in the bustling commercial district of the city center, with subway and bus stops right outside its doors, making transportation and shopping incredibly convenient. No matter what issues arose during my stay, the front desk and room service staff were always prompt in addressing and resolving them. I was very satisfied and highly recommend it.

Aside from the difficulty of parking, the overall location is perfect, and the front desk service is excellent. They provided directions to the parking area and even helped with luggage. The hotel is unique, like a palace with a city wall. The room was clean and modern, but I still had black bugs in the summer. I killed them myself. Regarding the location, it's hard to imagine that the Saishang Old Street, where I've always wanted to visit, is right outside your backyard. If you're driving, confirm parking with the hotel in advance. If you take a taxi to the hotel, you can relax and enjoy the city's bustling streets within a 200-meter radius.

Traveling with my father and children, convenience was crucial. We stayed for five consecutive days. The jasmine tea prepared by Cha Yan Yue Se in the lobby was delicious, and we always filled a glass of water before leaving the house each day. The front desk lady was very helpful and even gave a small box of Inner Mongolia specialties to a child. It was delicious, so we ended up buying some by brand. A robot delivered items to our room door, which was very convenient. The room linens were spotless and the room was cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast was excellent, with freshly cooked noodles and wontons. It was a little crowded during peak summer vacation, but the food was restocked quickly! Overall, it was a very nice hotel and I was very satisfied! I will definitely choose Nihao Hotel for future trips; it's a trustworthy hotel.
