It is not a hotel, it is a residential unit with partition to convert to rooms, the room is small and not clean.
It is not fit to be classified as hotel. It is a disappointment for me.

Cosy rooms, have a little street noise but this is expected when you are in the heart of shopping heaven. The manager is kind and very helpful.

この辺りでは金額は安いです。でもその分設備やアメニティのクオリティは下がることは理解した上で泊まるならいいと思います。
タオルは使い捨ての薄いものなので、足りない人は持参した方がいいと思います。また、部屋が一階だったため、夜外の車の音が気になりました。
店主は荷物を運んでくれたりと親切な方です。部屋の広さは値段にしてはそんなに狭すぎるということもなかったです。大きいスーツケース２つ立てて置けます。
