天氣原因，看到有颱風，會影響計劃，下午3點預訂的房間，當天晚上10點申請取消行程安排，但是攜程的訂單無法取消，衹能硬着頭皮去入住。通過平台預訂定香港酒店訂單不可取消是個天坑，這點非常不合理！可以根據距離入住前時間收取毀約手續費，畢竟房間空着也是浪費，其他客人也許還需要，卻因為滿房定不到。
客房整體可以，但並不是很大，我訂的城景，這個價格也就是買這個景了。餐廳和海景房間的視野，還可以，但是需要遇到有陽光的好天氣。早上離店朋友行李被搞了個烏龍，耽誤出門時間10分鐘，門口司機等蠻久的，表示很不爽，差點取消了我們的出行訂單。

提前寫了郵件問酒店能不能early checkin，過去前台大概10:30就有房間給我了，還是在頂樓。酒店位置特別好，坐機場快線直達機場。入住體驗滿分。

香港最高的酒店，大堂在103層；香港最高的泳池在118層，雖然酒店開業10幾年了，但維護的很不錯，看起來並不舊。小孩加床也不額外收費，整體體驗非常不錯！大人小孩都挺滿意的。

香港的酒店，有位置有面積，貴就是了。但確實是老了，體驗感一般。前台還是體現尊貴感的，但客房就一般，早餐的物品擺放也不是特別喜歡，很多就擺在沙發邊沿上，特別吧！口感也是一般，沒什麼特別出彩的。

城市景觀和海景各有特色，位置非常方便，樓下就是環球貿易廣場，高鐵九龍站也在樓下，辦理入住很快，房間很寬敞，早餐想坐靠窗的也能很快安排，值得推薦
