Location is great, very close to MTR. However regular room is small and narrow, there is no place for a trunk, you should get it every time you need something from there, if you’re staying for one-two nights and no time to use hangers. One little roach was spotted on the table. Automatic entrance door is convenient and umbrella is free. There is a comfortable space for eating on reception floor and separate one with cooking area.

The location is fantastic. You'll find plenty of supermarkets, solo-friendly restaurants, and convenience stores right nearby. Central is also within easy walking distance.

The worst hotel in such expensive price range. Found at least 3 live cockraches in the room walking around. And the bedding feels unclean (makes me itchy).

Great little hotel, conveniently located and reasonably priced

There were many reviews saying room is small. I think it depends which room you booked. Had the Executive Queen room and it was spacious and comfortable. Can’t fault them for daily change of towels and housekeeping at least, stayed a week and the sheets were changed once. Superb location near to MTR station and the financial hub at Central offices. Will stay again.

The location was great but it was really small sized room for 1 night its alright but starting longer might be hard tho.

Unbeatable location on the hillside, surrounded by plenty of historical sites and great food. Cooking facilities are available in the lobby, and there's a laundry room. While the room is small, a fresh air ventilation system ensures it doesn't feel stuffy, and it also comes with a mini-fridge. Just a heads-up, disposable slippers and dental kits are not provided.

The location is excellent, right in Hong Kong's central Sheung Wan district. However, the room size is indeed compact, barely sufficient for basic accommodation needs. Once luggage is placed, moving space becomes quite restricted. If you're traveling with multiple people or large suitcases, it might feel a bit confined. This is something to manage your expectations for before checking in. On the bright side, cleanliness was excellent. If your core priorities are a convenient Sheung Wan location and a clean, hassle-free stay, and you're a solo traveler or a couple on a short trip (e.g., 1-2 days for exploring and dining) with no high demands for space, then this drawback might not be a big issue. After all, it's a short walk to the MTR station, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, basic cleanliness and service are reliable, and it still offers good value for money. However, if you're traveling as a family, plan to spend extended periods in the room, or have a lot of luggage, then the small room size could considerably detract from your experience. It's advisable to weigh this carefully in advance.

Great location close to MTR. Small room with no disposable amenities, and difficult to move around unless with very little luggage. Other than that the bed is comfortable and good for a night’s stay.

Very kind and helping staff who made check-in at 4 am possible. The location was perfect for a city trip - very close to everything you need. Overall, would definitely recommend it for a trip to Hong Kong!

Literally the worst 'hotel' ever, for this price, it's despicable. - no bottled water - no toothbrush! - no slippers - super soft pillows, no stiff ones - curtains doesn't block light - paper thin walls, loud neighbors and piping If it weren't for the fact that it's new years and partying late and super tired, I'd would've demanded a refund!

Location is good but there is no tooth bush and slipper to provide and you have to buy for them which is a bit of unexpected.
