Friendly staff. Quite far from the city centre and tourist attractions. Small rooms. The lamp cant be turned off

We really like the location of this hotel. It is in a quieter part of Tsuen Wan and therefore there is very little traffic noises to disturb your sleep. There are lots of eateries nearby across the road from the hotel and up the street above which can be accessed via some steps. The public bus stops are conveniently located near the hotel about 2-3 minutes walk. You can take the bus 31M or 43A to go to the Kwai Fong MTR station where the Metroplaza and Kwai Chung plaza are located. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service to the Metroplaza every hour on the hour. We haven't used the shuttle bus at all as it is more convenient to take the bus which only cost $4.8 each ride. There are also other buses nearby that can take you to Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok.... etc. The staffs in the hotel are friendly and efficient, the housekeeping maid was particularly friendly and helpful to service our needs. The room is cleaned/tidy up and towels were replaced everyday. Our room has an air purifier to provide clean air and comfortable humidity. The room is a bit small but it is not too bad for Hong Kong standard. My only small gripe is that the air conditioning could be a bit noisy. Luckily the weather wasn't too warm and we turned off the air con befoer we go to sleep. Other than that, the hotel is one of our favourite and we will definitely go back again!

Very good service, but how far is it? It's worth a while from the baggage department.

I took a day trip to Hong Kong and I didn’t regret booking my stay here. It wasn’t too far from the city center, just about 20 mins by taxi and 40 by bus. The service was very good, the staff were warm and welcoming. The room despite being small was very clean and tidy, just don’t forget to bring your own water. If you’re looking for an affordable stay whilst in Hong Kong, look no further.
