I'm so sad..very bad bedroom..more fungus there ... please clean & clear for this room 313..this is my 1st time and last time..my body fully red dot..😭😭😭

Good size room for Hong Kong standards, free shuttle bus to shopping centre and MTR station. It’s about 7 minutes walk from Tai Wo Hau station just walk across footbridge and turn left, walk about 7mins. Breakfast was Ok.

Hotel is not that well located to visit main tourist attractions. You will need to calculate at least 1:30 hours to go to HK Island or Airport or Big Buddha. Hotel shuttle helps with this topic but if you plan to go out during night best way is to be able to pay an Uber, since HK taxi drivers do not speak English easily. Room was small and we couldn’t open the window to get some fresh air, but beds are comfy. Pool was amazing.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Very suitable for families with children. The location is outside the city. U can explore tsuen wan area. Have enough shopping malls and food.

I extended my stay due to the comfortable stay and also the convenience of this hotel. Love the shuttle bus which runs promptly according to its timetable. Will return for another stay in the future.

the stay was really pleasant, got upgraded to a corner room which was more spacious and got a best view of the cityscape

Booked a room with double bed and was told that if we want double bed we have to choose wheelchair accessible room, the bathroom is big and takes up half of the room size, as a trade off, the bedroom is as small as peanut. bathroom has a seat for wheelchair person and WAS MOULDED. My god. Was here to celebrate wedding anniversary with my wife, emailed in advance and asked for complimentary deco (expecting at least a towel folded elephant or flower or something and a small card?). NON! NOTHING! didn’t even get a wish from the front desk… Breakfast was bad, crowded and food was sucks. Add on price was HKD 98, but I prebook online got charged HKD 150 compare to a room rate without break (per person). DO NOT ADD BREAKFAST, go eat at any Bistro you get better food. Hotel is a bit of distance from MTR, free bus only takes you to the nearby mall, if you want to go Disneyland, you might as well walk to Tai Wo Hau MTR. TBH, I surgery and Holiday Inn Express Kowloon CBD was the same price with breakfast, bigger room and closer to MTR. Chosen Dorsett because I thought this hotel is better. Regret 100%. Ruin my trip. Do not choose here, do not choose here, do not choose here.

Really satisfied with the stay at this hotel. only disappointed is the swimming pool is closed during my period of stay until July 2024 reopen, which is really not expected n never been informed from their website. Otherwise the trip will be fantastic

Walking distance to the nearest mrt in kwai hing and kwai kwong mall. Staffs are helpful and housekeeping is doing very good job in making our rooms clean. Daily cleaning for the toilet! Worth the staying if you are heading to disneyland or lantau island

Cleanliness: toilet bowl have very thick dirty stains Location: at industrial area not very convenient to look for eatery but they did provide shuttle services send you nearby shopping malls and MTR station and Airport express bus station is 300m away from hotel Services: So so Amenities: they did not provide water bottles in room but they did prepare water dispenser at corridor

Had a comfortable stay at Dorsett Tsuen Wan. There’s a 7/11 convenience nearby and 10 minute to walk to Tai Wo Hau mtr station. Just a slight feedback on cleanliness when we arrived on our suite room (glass rim have markings of dried sediments, toilet bowl not cleaned properly, incomplete amenities as we booked for 3 adults, only prepared 2 sets, carpet w/ dust clumbs) though I didn’t took a photo since it’s not necessary coz the service of staff was good & they are smoke-free hotel & supports sustainability. Would suggest to have an available 24hr room service for guests who would require food in the middle of the night. This hotel is highly recommended for any type of travellers. Would stay at this hotel on our next visit to Hong Kong.

Overall not too bad, decent hotel. Nice service people and they're try their best to speak mandarin. I really appreciate it.

Fuss free booking and check in experience. About 10mins walk from Tai Wo Hau MTR station, nearby got 7-11 and Esso 油站 so it is easy to grab something. Room is smaller than expected but still acceptable.
