Chelsea Hotel(Tsim Sha Tsui) Reviews

PROS: -Good location -24 hours reception -2 units per floor (I assume since we saw only 2 rooms) -elevator with a view -restaurant at the GF that opens 8am - 4pm (people smoking inside) -with hygiene kit -cold AC -MTR station is just in front of the hotel (east tst n1) CONS: -no tv -water heater turns off after a few minutes and water goes cold -bed is quite stiff (personal preference) -room is small (our room has a large structural column inside) -no complimentary water -sea view has obstructions so what you see is buildings and some sea (this i felt I was conned) - Generally our stay is ok but I won't come back if the price is over $120. You can find better hotels for the price around the area for the same price or a little lower.

The location was elite. That’s why we booked it. Ut was right outside of exit N1 in TST and commute was very easy for us. Right across K11 too which was great. The room in itself was small, which I personally do not mind however, the cleanliness was almost like a second option. They do not vacuum the carpet, I wonder if they change the linens because there were stains and hair on it during our arrival. Same on the curtains. The hotel smelled moldy, evident on the roof of the bathroom. The linens had me itching so hard I never used the towels again and bought disposable pillow covers. The sound proofing wasn’t the best but it wasn’t a noisy area, it was moreso movement within the building that you could hear. Staff were nice but they do not speak english. We asked for a few extra pillows and they had to look at empty rooms for it but ultimately they did give us extra ones. For the price you pay, I say you could get better deals. But if it’s location you’re after and you’re not iffy about cleanliness, this is a great location. Overall, the hotel has a great potential, I just hoped they were a bit more strict about hygiene.

I was in Hong Kong for a business trip, and my company's budget for accommodation was 450 HKD per night. Yi Jing Hotel fit perfectly within that limit. The hotel looked a bit dated, though it seemed they had newly renovated rooms which I imagine would be much better. However, those were priced around 600 HKD, exceeding my company's allowance, so they weren't an option for me. Downstairs from the hotel, there were plenty of shops, eateries, and convenience stores, which was handy for grabbing water and snacks. There was also a pharmacy nearby, where I picked up some medicated oil for a colleague.

Fantastic location! The hotel is right at Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit N1. The room was quite comfortable, and for Hong Kong standards, it wasn't small at all – I've definitely stayed in much tinier hotels. This was perfect for my concert at Hung Hom, being just one MTR station away. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

Right next to K11, super convenient.

Honestly, an amazing choice for Hong Kong. The price was reasonable for a great location within the city. Literally 5 meters from the subway exit and the room was nice so I definitely recommend it !

There was an issue face in hotel, unfortunately hotel can’t solve the issue for 2 days , last day they solve the issue, but I got an extra ordinary support from trip.com

Goo location at Tsim Tsa Tsui. Some rooms are good and new some rooms are not. You should choose before check-in. Rooms are small like all other HK hotels. Fair time prices heavily goes up. Book in advance.

Confusing rules - they say to hang the "do not disturb (不要打扰)" sign on the door if you DO want the room to be cleaned. When I asked about it, they said it was a mistake, and with no sign the room will be cleaned. But even with no sign on my door, my room was not cleaned. Also, although they say there is WiFi, there is not.

Very well-located hotel in the heart of Kowloon. Entrance to two subway lines is directly outside the front door, so you can get anywhere in Hong Kong within minutes. Strictly no frills in terms of amenities or other services. But the price is extremely good for the location. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great! In front of MTR Tsim Sha Tsui station. Near museum,legoland,cultural center,victoria harbour view.  Room is OK they have bathtub, blower, heater, mini ref. But the bed is not good in sleeping 💤

Not a bad place. Clean but not overly clean . Location is perfect close to everything in tst. Price was great .
