"If you are looking for a fancy hotel with a lot of amenities this is not it. But if you want a comfortable, clean, nice room in a quirky neighborhood with friendly and helpful staff, at a good price, then I recommend Ode. the owner and her staff were very helpful and made sure I had whatever I needed. The room was very nice and had character, spacious, with a nice bathroom."

Great
NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

도도예진I was more disappointed than I expected. There's no separation for men and women; it's all one space divided into small cubicles with beds. Even the doors are just curtains, so there's a lack of security. And of course, it's not soundproof. If this is what a capsule hotel is like, I'd rather go to a hostel.

GGuest UserFront desk staff were very good. Room was okay, had a weird musty smell probably because of the carpet. Mattress on bed was horrible definitely needs to be replaced. Overall it was just okay. The location was perfect for my needs.

GGuest UserIf you are looking for a clean comfortable bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen very close to everything at a reasonable price, this is the place to be. It's not the Ritz by any stretch of the imagination, but it does the job. The check-in staff was courteous and helpful. Next time I am in Toronto, I will definitely book at the Dragon Gate Inn.
